About the property

Amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom garden apartment.

Really well located 1 minute from the overground, underground and bus station. Around the corner from shops and restaurants. It is situated in a quiet and really nice well communicated near the underground and overground, it has 6 different bus lines that will take you any where in central london.

It is situated in a quiet residential road but around the corner is full of shop, supermarkets and restaurants.

House Rules (please read before booking)

Please respect the flat and the neighbours.

There are a number of books and other such items in the apartment for you to enjoy during your stay, please ensure that they are respected and maintained so that other visitors after your stay may also enjoy them in the same manner you have.

Please leave the flat as clean and tidy as you found it and free from personal belongings. Please note that the price paid for the check out cleaning is intended for standard cleaning and launderette (3 hours), this doesn't include washing plates, throwing leftovers of food, etc. or any other issue which would require extra time. Any additional hour will be charged to the guests at standard rate of £15/hour.

CHECK IN

Check in from 11pm onwards will incur an extra £40. It is your responsibility to inform us of any delay as soon as possible. We will wait 45 minutes past your agreed arrival time.

CHECK OUT is by 11am

Late check out will forfeit your deposit.

Please bare in mine that myself and some authorities people might need to get into the flat while your stay (either for maintenance, cleaning or to show the flat for future rentals) you will be notified with plenty of time. If any of these visits occur, you won't be able to denied access.

It is situated 3.75 miles (6.0 km) north-west of Charing Cross.
