Okay

  • 3 of 5

If your not a sound sleeper this unit is not the place to stay. Alot of noise, mostly from cars in the garage racing up and down, screeching tires. Also very loud people in the courtyard. The unit was very nice.

Extremely disappointed...over an hour trying to "check in"

  • 3 of 5

After trying to gain entry into the rental for over an hour, several unanswered phone calls, two emails, a message through the website (the mode of communication previously used) and the assistance of the apartment's leasing staff, before receiving a phone call from Amy, my vacation was off to a rocky start. Additionally, her attempt to blame the confusion on the idea that I did not forward my I.D.(which she never requested) and her mention that she never has people go to the leasing office did little to decrease my growing frustration. I was told that once I texted a copy of my license and provided an email address she would send the "welcome" materials with the necessary information to gain entry. Since my reservation was paid in full, I received the property information and confirmation number (nine days before check in) I believe it reasonable that as the reservation date neared Amy would have contacted me if she knew I did not have the information necessary to access the apartment. This "owner" (Team W Corporate housing) has 10 apartments in this large complex and while the actual apartment's staff exhibit excellent customer service, my experience with this "owner" ruined any chance that I will select their rentals for future visits.

Good location downtown but very noisy apartment complex; inconvenient parking

  • 2 of 5

First of all, let me state that this apartment is pretty hard to get into. You have a gate code and once you are in you have to go through 4 or 5 levels of parking to find a non reserved space. Once you find parking you have to somehow get through the locked doors into the building without the keyfob. We were lucky because someone let us in. Once we got to our unit, another family was there. There was a mix up in the paperwork. The owner has 2 units here so the other family's documents referenced our unit. Once they moved out and we finally got in, we had to take the parking permit from the apartment and go back to the parking garage to put it in our vehicle. Don't forget to take this parking permit back to the apartment once you check out. Our unit faced the garage and there the garage lighting shined into the apartment. People were loud all weekend. We got really poor sleep.

Soap and other diposable items were limited. We had to buy hand soap, shampoo and body wash. On the upside, all the amenities, washer/dryer, tv, etc worked fine. And the owners were very responsive.

Nice for a quick stay in the city!

  • 4 of 5

Parking was a task- but that was more our fault than the owners - they gave good directions- we arrived late and it was confusing at first but we figured the layout out. The unit we had did not have much of a view but the inside was nice. It was big enough to accommodate my family while I was working. The bed linens were fabulously comfortable! We had a nice time and the owners were very accommodating!

Nice vacation home at a convenient location

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental home. It was conveniently located near downtown and highway, but not too close nor too noisy. The instruction provided by the owner for check-in, garbage disposal and check-out was very detailed and clear, so we did not have any issues finding the apartment upon our arrival at night. The apartment was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. It was also very nice that we could utilize the exercise facility and pool if weather permits, since the apartment was a part of the Elan City Lights apartment complex. The only downside was that the apartment did not supply enough amenities (such as, shampoo, soap and location) for our four-day stay.
