We were looking for a place to get away from the late winter New England weather. This townhouse was perfect. Views of the canal and palm trees can be seen from the back slider, while views of the Gulf of Mexico fill the front windows. This is a nice oasis situated in a quiet niche not far from everything. The house is located between 2 beach accesses - no need to worry about parking. Lovers Key State Park is 5 minutes down the road. Restaurants, recreation, and shopping are just 5 minutes in the other direction. The house boast 10 foot ceilings and feels very palatial. We walked the beach, rented kayaks, and toured the area. We look forward to returning to this rental soon!
Gorgeous beach property!!!
Six family members were easily accommodated in this lovely setup. We were looking for some relaxing downtime and found it here. Fine dining in nearby Naples, kayaking in Estero Bay, sunbathing on the Gulf, barbequeing on the premises in the cool, breezy lanai. We would recommend it highly!
Beautiful Condo in Ideal Location
My husband and I booked this condo for a week in March and enjoyed it very much. It is immaculate and well maintained and equipped. And the location is ideal -- just across from the beach and close enough to the southern end of Hickory Avenue for easy access to inland restaurants, golf courses, etc.
The property manager, Arlan, was a delight to work with -- very communicative and responsive both before and during our stay. He responded quickly and professionally to our every need. We would definitely recommend this condo.
