Perfect for everyone!!

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was absolutely perfect for our group. The fisherman loved the easy access to the dock (we brought a boat). The beach lovers loved the easy access to the beautiful, quiet and clean beach. When fishing slowed down in the bay the fisherman would come join us on the beach and shore fished (got some large pompano). The cabin has everything you could want and was nicely decorated. Vince and the staff were very gracious about answering my many emails with questions about the area and the cabin. We cannot wait to stay here again.

Fishermen and Kids paradise

  • 5 of 5

These cottages and location far exceeded our expectations. Cape San Blas is absolutely beautiful, and these cottages allow immediate access to the Gulf beaches (across the street), and St. Joe Bay waters (across the lawn), both of which our 4-year old son enjoyed immensely (just bring some good water shoes for the bay). We brought our 17ft/90hp boat and anchored it at the dock, no issues with water depth even at low tide. The fishing in surrounding areas within a 5-min boat ride from the dock was phenomenal, and we caught some monster Speckled Trout (up to 23 inches), more Ladyfish than we could count, and some hefty Bluefish; the area is truly vibrant with sea life. The cottages were clean and comfortable, and although we had one minor issue, it was solved within 15 minutes by the property manager, who was super helpful in all respects and answered all of our questions promptly before our arrival. Excellent service. Also, there is a bait shop, gas station/convenience store, kayak rental, and beach supply shop literally behind the cottages. It's almost too convenient. If you bring your boat, try to make it over to the tip of the peninsula (St. Joseph Point), there is an amazing beach there. We are absolutely coming back!!

It is a perfect place to stay. convenient to every

It was perfect. I was able to anchor my boat beside the dock, walk down to the shallow water and get in and go. The water is beautiful. All we had to do is walk 50 yards and be on the beach. The store has everything you need for everyday living and the bait store ir reasonably priced. Sun rises on the screened in porch are amazing. I will be back at least twice a year now.

It was a very nice and affordable place to stay. It was peaceful during the entire stay, enjoyed a beautiful view both morning and evening, only a short walk across the road to the beach. This was my first visit to the area and I fell in love with it.
