Hear the ocean from this single family home on a grassy lot just steps to the beach. This beautiful home has a king size bed in the master bedroom, shower/tub bath. 2nd room has a twin and twin XL beds. 2nd full bath has a shower. The remodeled expanded kitchen will meet all your expectations. Both front and back porches are enclosed providing nice sitting areas for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The back yard is fenced. We have an enclosed garage and parking for three vehicles.

* Must be 25 years of age to sign rental agreement.

*Rental is from 4:00 p.m. on day of rental to 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.

* Maximum of 6 people unless discussed with owner prior to signing rental agreement.

* NO SMOKING in this house.

About Arthur Rosenberg

My wife and I have lived in Ormond Beach for 19 years and love everything about this beautiful city. We raised our two sons in this community. We purchased this property in 2012 because we wanted the option of living steps to the beach and hearing the ocean from this home. The two of us grew up in South Florida and love this area. Our family loves the outdoors, recreational boating and fishing.

Why Arthur Rosenberg chose Ormond-by-the-Sea

This property has been set with the vacationer in mind. We too rent properties and our home provides all the amenities we expect. You will find a beach cart to carry the beach chairs, bogey boards and beach toys for our beautiful beach. His and her beach cruiser bicycles are also provided. Washer and dryer is located in the enclosed garage that can also store a small trailer or your vehicle. The garage provides a safe haven for motorcycles, for those enthusiast and there is parking for a small trailer. We are a short ride to surrounding events which include bike weeks and races.

What makes this house unique

As full time local residents we can provide insight to our community, waterways, events, restaurants or answer any questions you have during your stay. We maintain a notebook of information at our rental but remember we are only a phone call away.

This property was remodeled to be our beach home someday. When it's not occupied with guests my family enjoys the pleasures of beach living. We love hearing the waves from the front yard on a windy day, smelling the salt air, and the short stroll to the sandy beach. Note: there are NO condos or buildings that block the sea air or walk to the beach.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved this cute beach cottage on Holland. My husband and I along with our 3 children felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. The kitchen was beautifully remodeled with everything we could need and plenty of space to move around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and stocked with plenty of linens and towels. We loved that we could enter through the garage with garage code as this was where we could control the sand. I don't think we ever used the front door. The outside shower was a lifesaver. My kids just showered out there after our beach days. There were plenty of chairs to use along with boogie boards. We used the grill to cook hot dogs one evening. There is a lovely front and back porch but we didn't use them much because of the heat. Walking to the beach was a quick 2 minute stroll up the street. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.

Seaside Memories

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely little cottage. The owners have thought of every single detail to make you comfortable. The kitchen is spacious & well-equipped. Loved having the large-capacity washer & dryer, which is located in the garage--just steps from a door into the house. Helped to keep sand under control. We also appreciated the great air-conditioning and abundance of ceiling fans throughout the cottage and on both porches.

We enjoyed early morning bike rides on the beach bikes that were provided. The cottage is located within easy walking distance of the beach access. There is a convenience store at the end of the street, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by--as well as a Publix grocery store just minutes away. Perfect location.

The house is well represented on the Home Away site, which is really important to us as renters. We found this cottage to be very charming and comfortable. The owners are very accessible and eager to help you in any way. Our family had a wonderful stay!

Really nice!

Loved the attention to detail, little touches here and there made it feel like home.

And can't beat the location. Away from the crowds yet steps from the beach. Exactly what I was looking for, would book again.

Beautifully kept, this property had everything we needed!

First off the owner was wonderful to deal with, very thoughtful and accommodating. We had initially booked our holiday at a resort that was damaged by the hurricane, very last minute we had to find a property......we struck gold with this one. Upon walking in the door we felt right at home. The property is beautiful, well kept and comfortable. We were close to the beach and the amenities all around us. We were a short drive to shopping and grocery stores. It truly was a fantastic holiday, thank you Arthur for sharing.
