Owner-operated condo in heart of downtown Breckenridge offers convenient access to Peak 9 (150 yard walk to Quick Silver Lift), and Main Street amenities (shopping, dining, music, and tours/museums). High-end finishes and stocked with many items you'd find in your own home to simplify your own packing and shopping on arrival. A perfect base camp for exploring all that our historic town has to offer, in addition to skiing the entire resort (Peaks 6, 7, 8 and 9) and biking our epic trails (ask about bikes - we may be able to provide them for guests' use, and shop in building rents all kinds).

***Note, rates are variable depending upon season/holidays; prices are customized for all dates. For bookings > 2 seasons in advance, indicated pricing may not be accurate so please inquire for your dates.

As east coast transplants, Karina and Kevin have lived in Denver and Breckenridge for over 20 years. We are avid enthusiasts of all that Breckenridge as to offer, including skiing, biking, sailing, live music, theater and art. We are frequent travelers to the Caribbean for adventures in sailing, island exploring and making new friends.

Why Karina and Kevin chose Breckenridge Area

We wanted the additional convenience of a mountain residence in town for ease of access to skiing and Main Street activities without the daily logistics of shoveling, finding parking, and maintenance. Our Park Avenue Loft is a perfect complement to our single family home off Boreas Pass Road a 1 mile above town.

Cute & Cozy!

I had never done one of these before and was a little skeptical. However my husband and I were really looking at going to Colorado for our honeymoon and had lots of recommendations on staying in Breckenridge. I then came a crossed Kevin & Karina’s condo.

Absolutely loved staying there! Very clean, cute and cozy. They answered my many questions promptly and were very nice to work with. Arriving, Kevin gave us a bottle of wine which we thought was a nice gesture. They were very personable, and recommend activities to do. Definitely will stay there again when we return!

Great location and very attentive owners!

We were lucky enough to find this condo the night before we planned to stay in Breckenridge and it was available! We were a bit concerned trying to find a place that was clean, had the amenities we were looking for, and at a reasonable price the night before we came into town. We found all of that with this condo. Kevin responded to every question we had and made sure we could get into the condo as soon as possible. He took the time to let us know a little bit about the town, where the condo location was exactly and how to access everything in the building. Kevin was very professional and helpful and flexible. Underground parking is a plus and 5 minutes to downtown was wonderful! There is no air-conditioning, but we opened the windows and had cool night air. There was traffic noise outside, which Kevin made sure we were aware of, but it was not significant for us. We would recommend this condo as a great place to stay in Breckenridge. It has all the things you will need to feel like home and close proximity to explore a fun downtown scene.

The condo was clean and well equipped. Cannot be the location!

We were able to jump out of the condo in the morning and either be at a coffee shop or a trail head in minutes. Great to hit the grocery store and eat mainly at the condo as it had everything a kitchen needs! The owners are very responsive and very accommodating.

Restful and relaxing over the 4th of July

Great location to downtown Breck and the unit had everything we needed. We stayed during the 4th of July weekend but the complex was quiet so we got lots of rest and the stay was relaxing. Kevin was very accommodating. Will definately stay here again.

Kind Owners & Perfect Location

The condo is lovely...nicely furnished....great view. It was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was well equipped & the whole place was very clean. The best part of our stay were the owners. We had some issues with the TV (ok...we are retired & technology is not our forte). Kevin was so kind to spend a bit of time on the phone with us even though he was out of town to help us get it working....that type of service is unusual in our experience. Stay here you won't regret it one bit.

Nice, comfortable condo; owner is fabulous!

Before we even saw the property, we knew it was where we wanted to stay because Kevin was so accommodating and was willing to assist us with our travel dates--he went out of his way to work with us. As for the condo, it had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked and they even had humidifiers and an extra fan in the closet if we needed it. Our daughter (12), slept comfortably on the sofa bed and even though it was warm during the day, opening the windows and closing the blinds provided enough cool air for us to be very comfortable. Even though there's just 1 bathroom, the dual sinks and long counter space gave us enough room to get ready without having to wait for someone to get out of the bathroom. The view from both the bedroom and living area was wonderful! We really enjoyed looking across the street at the mountains and watching the sunset. I really don't have any bad thing to say about our stay. I would just make the suggestion to bring your own pillows if you like them thick and fluffy. The pillows in the bed were too flat for my personal taste; not a knock on the property at all--just my preference. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again. Regarding pillows, I know some (like me) have little preference but others (like Karina) are quite particular - and there's a lot of different pillow styles....heavy, light, down, synthetic, firm and fluffy, etc.... While we have several different ones in the condo, I guess none are of the "thick and fluffy" variety. Thanks for the comment - t's helpful to hear specifically what would be preferred, rather than just mentioning the pillows were uncomfortable! Since no one type will suit everyone, we'll perhaps add a couple more - as we'd like all of our guests to be able to fine what is most comfortable.
