We are so excited to offer this penthouse apartment in our newly renovated building complete with off street parking space, private elevator, large piazza and gourmet kitchen. Master bedroom on 3rd floor contains queen bed and large master bath. Antique staircase leads to 4th floor bedroom containing 1 full bed, 2 twin beds and a full bath. Large sectional sofa, 9 seat kitchen island, 2 flat screens and additional full hall bath are just a few of the amenities. Easy walk to all the best Charleston has to offer. The perfect venue for a short or long term stay or for hosting small meetings or elegant dinner parties. Our nightly rate is based on 4 but we can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Why Steven Niketas chose Charleston

The restoration of this building was a labor of love that took almost 5 years to complete. Our Greek restaurant, Stella's, occupies the main floor and is open for Sunday brunch and lunch and dinner daily. The second floor is a banquet space that seats up to 60 guests for all types of parties.

What makes this condo unique

Our building offers an opportunity to stay in what has already become a historic landmark in the upper king corridor. We are one block from the vibrant King St shopping district and 2 blocks from visitor's center.

Amazing property with great owner

My wife and I stayed in this amazing property for four nights and had a ball. Steven greeted us on arrival helped with baggage and gave us a complete tour and overview of the area. Great guy who made sure everything was perfect. The penthouse was spotless, well furnished and had a marvelous kitchen. Great location....walked to virtually everything we did within the King and Market street areas. The Greek resturante on the first floor was fabulous with unique atmosphere. It was great to be able to drop in for a quick bit or drink only a few steps from our room. I can't say enough about this property. We've stayed in many high end facilities but this one is tops on the list...... exceeding our expectations in virtually everything. Will be returning next year.

Met all our expectations

Could not have been more pleased. The staff at Stella's was very accommodating. Steven, the owner, treated us like friends. The condo was well represented by the photos. Location was great. Loved having off street parking. Would definetely stay here again the next time we visit Charleston.

A Charleston gem!

Our family of four couldn't have been happier with our stay at Steve's impeccably restored historic building! The location was perfect-- a block from King Street and its myriad of incredible restaurants and bars. Steve went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable, providing a crib for our baby and giving us a personal tour of the property upon our arrival. That same hospitality was offered by the friendly staff at the delicious Stella's restaurant on the ground floor. The Warren Room apartment was exceedingly well furnished with high-end furniture and linens, and the stunning kitchen was pre-stocked with all the essentials (and them some). Our favorite moments were spent on the spacious third floor balcony, enjoying the warm evening air. Thanks again, Steve. We can't wait to get back!

Beautifully decorated home in Charleston

My parents, my wife, and my 8 month old daughter stayed in Steven's apartment in lovely Charleston over Easter weekend. The apartment is tastefully decorated with all the possible amenities that you could wish for. It is also well located, quiet, yet a block away from King Street, the main shopping street. Steven was warm, welcoming, and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will certainly stay again in a future visit to Charleston.

Just returned from this beautiful property and already miss it. Great location, beautiful, clean, very well equipped throughout. Bonus was Steven and his gracious hospitality, he went above and beyond. Will definitely return, and will enjoy another great meal at Stella's. Thanks Steven!

Great property; great location.

The actual property was at least as good as the pictures (which is saying something - the pics are excellent). Everything clean and working as it should. Very walk-able to everything in the city. Steven was terrific - met all of our needs. We ate at the restaurant downstairs one night and it was some of the best food we ever had. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to this beautiful city!
