We are so excited to offer this penthouse apartment in our newly renovated building complete with off street parking space, private elevator, large piazza and gourmet kitchen. Master bedroom on 3rd floor contains queen bed and large master bath. Antique staircase leads to 4th floor bedroom containing 1 full bed, 2 twin beds and a full bath. Large sectional sofa, 9 seat kitchen island, 2 flat screens and additional full hall bath are just a few of the amenities. Easy walk to all the best Charleston has to offer. The perfect venue for a short or long term stay or for hosting small meetings or elegant dinner parties. Our nightly rate is based on 4 but we can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Why Steven Niketas chose Charleston

The restoration of this building was a labor of love that took almost 5 years to complete. Our Greek restaurant, Stella's, occupies the main floor and is open for Sunday brunch and lunch and dinner daily. The second floor is a banquet space that seats up to 60 guests for all types of parties.

What makes this condo unique

Our building offers an opportunity to stay in what has already become a historic landmark in the upper king corridor. We are one block from the vibrant King St shopping district and 2 blocks from visitor's center.

Amazing property with great owner

My wife and I stayed in this amazing property for four nights and had a ball. Steven greeted us on arrival helped with baggage and gave us a complete tour and overview of the area. Great guy who made sure everything was perfect. The penthouse was spotless, well furnished and had a marvelous kitchen. Great location....walked to virtually everything we did within the King and Market street areas. The Greek resturante on the first floor was fabulous with unique atmosphere. It was great to be able to drop in for a quick bit or drink only a few steps from our room. I can't say enough about this property. We've stayed in many high end facilities but this one is tops on the list...... exceeding our expectations in virtually everything. Will be returning next year.

Amazing property and host.

My wife and I stayed here with my parents for a long weekend. The apartment was wonderful and very nice. The location is very convenient to lots of great places in Charleston. Steven was an excellent host and very helpful. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Beyond ANY expectation!

This property lived up to the pictures and description plus more! We enjoyed Steven's apartment for a long weekend of high school friends celebrating 50th birthdays. Over the top on all facets. THANK YOU Steven for you and your staff's friendliness and help in making an AWESOME weekend!! I highly recommend this property as it is close to everything we wanted to do in Charleston. Plenty of room and amenities for 6 ladies. The balcony porch was a plus for drinking coffee in the morning and late night chats after dinner.

Great Property, Great Location, Great Host

The title says it all. If you are on the fence about renting this place, don't be. It delivers. The outdoor space on the deck/patio was wonderful. Thank you Steven for making this really cool space available to rent. We had an excellent stay.

Posh, comfortable apartment in perfect location

This property is a beautiful, first class accommodation right in the heart of Charleston. It is furnished with antiques, art, and incredibly comfortable seating throughout - it is even nicer than the photos. The kitchen has a beautiful large granite island, luxury gas stove, and all the utensils and ware one could possibly need to cook a gourmet meal or host a cocktail party. However, this sits in conflict with all the bars, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops within walking distance - including Stella's downstairs which is currently one of the hottest dining spots in all of Charleston. We slept great and enjoyed our morning coffee on the verandah. There are nice conveniences like elevator access and parking. Steven is delightful, very responsive, and easy. We highly recommend this property.
