We are so excited to offer this penthouse apartment in our newly renovated building complete with off street parking space, private elevator, large piazza and gourmet kitchen. Master bedroom on 3rd floor contains queen bed and large master bath. Antique staircase leads to 4th floor bedroom containing 1 full bed, 2 twin beds and a full bath. Large sectional sofa, 9 seat kitchen island, 2 flat screens and additional full hall bath are just a few of the amenities. Easy walk to all the best Charleston has to offer. The perfect venue for a short or long term stay or for hosting small meetings or elegant dinner parties. Our nightly rate is based on 4 but we can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Why Steven Niketas chose Charleston

The restoration of this building was a labor of love that took almost 5 years to complete. My Greek restaurant, Stella's, occupies the main floor and is open for Sunday brunch and lunch and dinner daily. The second floor is a banquet space that seats up to 60 guests for all types of parties.

What makes this condo unique

Our building offers an opportunity to stay in what has already become a historic landmark in the upper king corridor. We are one block from the vibrant King St shopping district and 2 blocks from visitor's center.

Amazing property with great owner

My wife and I stayed in this amazing property for four nights and had a ball. Steven greeted us on arrival helped with baggage and gave us a complete tour and overview of the area. Great guy who made sure everything was perfect. The penthouse was spotless, well furnished and had a marvelous kitchen. Great location....walked to virtually everything we did within the King and Market street areas. The Greek resturante on the first floor was fabulous with unique atmosphere. It was great to be able to drop in for a quick bit or drink only a few steps from our room. I can't say enough about this property. We've stayed in many high end facilities but this one is tops on the list...... exceeding our expectations in virtually everything. Will be returning next year.

Better than advertised!

We have been to Charleston several times and I would say this was by far the best rental experience we have had, in Charleston or otherwise. Steven was so awesome and accommodating. This place felt like a little secret in the middle of the city. It’s only a block off King Street but it was quiet and we even had a parking spot. The interior was impeccable and even left me wanting to redo the decor in my own home. We had the entire top floor of this cool old yet newly renovated building with a massive porch all to ourselves. We rented the apartment for our wedding weekend and used the Warren Room on the second floor for our rehearsal dinner/welcome party. Everything about this space/building was magical. I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a quintessential Charleston experience. You won’t be disappointed!

INCREDIBLE Rental!! Absolutely amazing!

My husband and I are seasoned VRBO customers and this was one of our favorite rentals of all time. It is incredibly well appointed (kitchen is to DIE for!) spacious, spotless, and the location is excellent. We were a stone's throw away from amazing restaurants, galleries, shopping and sightseeing. Steve was beyond gracious and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We brought our three dogs with us and they had a blast. We will never forget our trip to Charleston and will definitely be back. I can't say enough great things about this place!

Perfect place in the middle of the city.

Steve, the owner was on it from day one and throughout our stay. The home has everything you could think of and more! Beautifully decorated throughout the home. We felt right at home! I absolutely loved having my coffee in the morning on the porch. The apartment was centrally located and we were able to to walk to the parks, market, resturants, Charleston Music Hall, and shops! Perfect for a girls weekend with 3 full bathrooms, beds for all and lots of areas to lounge. Great place!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Charleston

My wife, son, daughter-in-law, and myself arrived on Saturday and were greeted by Steve. We knew immediately that we were going to love the place! He took us inside and the vrbo pictures are spot on! Everything was immaculate! The location was as centrally located as you can get. We never moved the car for 5 days. Have a student at the College of Charleston? What a great place to stay to visit! We were there on Halloween and we thoroughly enjoyed the 3rd floor porch to watch the college kids in their costumes. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen made my wife want to upgrade ours (thanks Steve!), and the 3 full baths came in quite handy. The building itself has been immaculately restored and Steve has many before and after pictures (if you're into that kind of stuff which I am). Can't say enough good things about the old Westendorff building!!!
