We are so excited to offer this penthouse apartment in our newly renovated building complete with off street parking space, private elevator, large piazza and gourmet kitchen. Master bedroom on 3rd floor contains queen bed and large master bath. Antique staircase leads to 4th floor bedroom containing 1 full bed, 2 twin beds and a full bath. Large sectional sofa, 9 seat kitchen island, 2 flat screens and additional full hall bath are just a few of the amenities. Easy walk to all the best Charleston has to offer. The perfect venue for a short or long term stay or for hosting small meetings or elegant dinner parties. Our nightly rate is based on 4 but we can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Why Steven Niketas chose Charleston

The restoration of this building was a labor of love that took almost 5 years to complete. Our Greek restaurant, Stella's, occupies the main floor and is open for Sunday brunch and lunch and dinner daily. The second floor is a banquet space that seats up to 60 guests for all types of parties.

What makes this condo unique

Our building offers an opportunity to stay in what has already become a historic landmark in the upper king corridor. We are one block from the vibrant King St shopping district and 2 blocks from visitor's center.

Amazing property with great owner

My wife and I stayed in this amazing property for four nights and had a ball. Steven greeted us on arrival helped with baggage and gave us a complete tour and overview of the area. Great guy who made sure everything was perfect. The penthouse was spotless, well furnished and had a marvelous kitchen. Great location....walked to virtually everything we did within the King and Market street areas. The Greek resturante on the first floor was fabulous with unique atmosphere. It was great to be able to drop in for a quick bit or drink only a few steps from our room. I can't say enough about this property. We've stayed in many high end facilities but this one is tops on the list...... exceeding our expectations in virtually everything. Will be returning next year.

Absolutely gorgeous! A beautifully renovated historic home with loving attention to detail

I love visiting Charleston but this was my favorite stay by far. Steven was a fabulous host, ensuring that from the first moment to the last that everything was perfect. We truly felt like we were guests in his home. From the kitchen to bedrooms and bathrooms, it was beautifully designed, fully stocked, easy to find anything you needed. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The best discovery was Stella's, Steven's phenomenal restaurant -some of the best food in Charleston -it's a must visit again!!

Absolutely incredible location, furnishings, details, and owner hospitality. Best of the best.

I travel frequently and have stayed in just about every luxury hotel in North America. This property outdoes them all. It is homey yet elegant...upscale but comfortable...in the heart of Charleston but quiet. Everything from the bed sheets to the kitchen furnishings to the top-of-the-line washer, dryer, oven, toaster, and on and on were spectacular. This does not feel like a rental, but like a vacation home in which no expense was spared to achieve comfort and convenience.

It would be an incredible stay if it was perched on top of a hardware store. Which it is, kinda. But the hardware store was converted to a magnificent Greek restaurant, with comfy booths and quaint patio seating. As my wife -- often a harsh critic -- said: "Pinch me." Every aspect of it is easy and effortless.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention the owner, Steven, who lovingly restored the property and runs the restaurant downstairs. He is an incredibly thoughtful gentleman/concierge, and genuinely loves having people stay in the flat upstairs. He personally invests in making sure his guests have all their needs met, and is available for questions, issues, and general pleasant conversation any time. We've done Air B-n-B and many similar services. Never have we had the kind of warm interaction with a property owner as we had here. He is an absolute gem.

We were in town for my daughter's wedding, expecting this to be our last visit to Charleston (the newlyweds will live elsewhere). But on the way home, we decided an annual excursion to Charleston is now in our plans. Guess where we will be staying?

This place is the best of the best. You will not be disappointed.

Great apartment and an amazing host

The apartment is very comfortable like home. The kitchen "wowed" my spouse as she loves to cook. The property has possibly the best equipped kitchen of any rental we have experienced.

Towels are plentiful. Beds are comfortable. The outside porch is a pleasure. Attention to detail is evident all around.

Steven is an amazing host. Forgot an ingredient for your cooking? Steven has it. Like the bread at the restaurant? Steven say, "may i get you a loaf". He is most hospitable and always available in his restaurant downstairs.

I would definitely return.

Better than advertised!

We have been to Charleston several times and I would say this was by far the best rental experience we have had, in Charleston or otherwise. Steven was so awesome and accommodating. This place felt like a little secret in the middle of the city. It’s only a block off King Street but it was quiet and we even had a parking spot. The interior was impeccable and even left me wanting to redo the decor in my own home. We had the entire top floor of this cool old yet newly renovated building with a massive porch all to ourselves. We rented the apartment for our wedding weekend and used the Warren Room on the second floor for our rehearsal dinner/welcome party. Everything about this space/building was magical. I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a quintessential Charleston experience. You won’t be disappointed!
