Great modern unit in a great location.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing in every way. It is bright and modern with new appliances and is very well equipped with everything we needed. On arrival it was immaculately clean and the instructions were readily available to get us hooked up to wi-fi etc. The owners were very helpful and on one occasion we had an issue with one of the appliances they came round within 20 minutes of my call to sort out the problem and you can't ask for more than that! The location of the property is superb with a large Publix and Walgreens a 3 minute walk away. There are several restaurants close by and both the Venetian Village and Waterside shopping areas are a 5 minute drive away. We particularly appreciated the Shore Club beach pass which allowed easy parking at the delightful beach which was again just a short drive away. We are hoping to return again next year and would highly recommend the property as a great base from which to explore Naples.

Wonderful Naples Florida Dec 2016

The Condo was amazing. It had just been renovated so everything was fresh, clean and new. The owners were very nice and made us feel right at home. There was a pool on the property which we had all to ourselves and a private beach pass which we used every day. Private parking & washrooms available on the beach only for the people that had the special pass. Loved it! Would definitely rent this property again

Great spot for the price

This was a real value in our opinion. The unit, as advertised, was recently and completely remodeled, very clean and nicely appointed. The owner was very accommodating, although the fact that we didn't have to contact him once during our month's stay is a testament to how well-equipped the unit is. It's only a mile from the beach and Venetian Village and a short walk to Publix and several nearby restaurants. The beach pass that came with the unit was especially appreciated since we could drive and park at the beach where there were restrooms and a shower. This really beats the public beach, which has no accommodations and where one generally has to wait to park... plus pay for parking.

We highly recommend this unit. A few words of advice, though: 1) while there are two bedrooms, the unit doesn't really lend itself to more than 4 guests as the couch in the living room is not convertible and 2) there isn't a screened-in porch, but the "sitting room" is very bright and inviting with screened-in windows on two exterior walls overlooking the pool area and grounds, which are nicely maintained.

Beautiful brand new property, great location and very responsive owner

This property, situated in a quiet, well-manintained complex, has been completely remodeled, refurbished and newly outfitted with everything--it's like staying in a brand new home. It is very tastefully done, well equipped, extremely clean and the owner responds quickly to anything you need. The home is well situated for access to everything Naples offers--shopping, restaurants, etc., including walking distance to the beach. I highly recommend this property and would certainly enjoy staying here again.
