Owner owns time-share in a one-bedroom deluxe self-catering, sea-view apartment - a Zenith Suite with magnificent sea views and overlooking the sandy beach of Golden Sands Bay. This unit has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults.

The apartment being offered is a private apartment within a vacation resort complex. Common areas are public and up to hotel 5* standards. The apartment is self-catering but serviced with daily cleaning. The amenities within the apartment are;

The apartment maybe available all year round subject to making a request and checking availability with the resort. However it is reserved for two weeks in the name of the owner as follows: (a) 21st December 2021- 28th December 2021 and (b) 28th December 2021- 4th January 2022. There is no need for prior checking of availability if these weeks are chosen. They can be taken separately (7 nights each) or together (14 nights).

Breakfast and dining can be taken at the hotel's restaurants. Owner offers free of charge his membership card to the clients. This is an extra benefit that the owner is offering as this card entitles the user for discounts on food and drink consumed at the hotel resort.

Check-in/Check-out day is Tuesday.
