This unique 7,331 square foot beach city Villa sits atop a lush hillside providing the perfect blend of convenience, calm and fun.
The sleek marble entryway and high ceilings welcome you to an open floor plan ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Features include 4 spacious bedrooms with balcony, 7 baths, a jacuzzi oasis patio on ground level plus a roof top deck to view the many sailboats entering/existing the nearby marina at sunset. Two full wet bars are located throughout the villa for the cocktail connoisseur, wine-tasting room that you may select to have pre-stocked with some of your favorites, a professional billiard and game room, separate guest house with a private entrance are just a few of the things that make this home unique. Also, for your convenience, the Villa offers an elevator for quick and easy access to and from all floors. There are 2 King size beds, 2 Queen size beds, 1 Full size bed and a Twin roll-away bed. There are also 2 Queen size sofa sleepers in the Master Suite den as well as three comfortable regular sofas with bedding for all. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets.

is sure to impress with its marble island, many ovens, and stainless steel appliances. We can also set up for a private chef to wine and dine you in the elegant open dining room if booked in advance.
THE OPULENT MASTER SUITE occupies almost one entire floor on its own, complete with a king-size bed, fireplace and a private outdoor patio. The Art Deco inspired master bath flaunts exquisite marble countertops, his and her sinks and a luxurious two-person Jacuzzi tub. The Master bedroom has a separate private den sitting area with 2 pullout queen size sofa sleepers and its own private full bath and closet.
The guest(s) of honor will have their own separate guest residence with queen bed, sauna, kitchenette, full bath, and incredible views of Marina del Rey, Santa Monica, and Malibu.

In the evening, venture 20 minutes out by car or Uber to experience LA’s notorious nightlife hotspots: Beverly Hills, Hollywood or downtown. For those here on business in the tech industry, the home is located just minutes away from Silicon Beach and the major field offices, but also conveniently less than 3 miles from LAX. Situated close enough to relish all the city has to offer while being far enough away to breathe the fresh ocean air.

Uber and Lift are recommended transportation for the area. They come in around 5 minutes. The on-call estate manager can also arrange for a car rental or a limo service upon request for $90.00 an hour with a 4 hour minimum
Arrowhead water machine is in the kitchen. Hair dryers are provided. 1500 count bedding for an amazing stay. Pre-stocked fridges are available for convenience when booked in advance. Smoking is permitted on balconies on every floor. $500 fee for smoking in the house. Convenient parking on the street is available for two cars total. You will have two car parking in the driveway and also the garage.
I interact as little or as much as the guest would like. We will have a staff member stopping by to feed fish and water plants if your stay is more than 3 days. We will call in advance...no surprises! I am available for any questions by text or call that you have before or during your stay. I will either know the answer or can figure it out for you. I can make any recommendations that you might need for an awesome stay/vacation.

About this house... It is truly a great place to both relax and/or work, and recharge. And the views! I hope you will enjoy this house as much as I do! This Villa has a magical quality to it. I catch myself saying, "How cool and no way!!!" throughout the day on a regular basis. You are constantly finding the new and amazing things it has to offer. The light hits the villa in different ways throughout the day. Watching the sunset from the rooftop deck or any of the patios is awe-inspiring. Please come see why I fell in love with this Villa and this city.
Close to the beaches while still 6 minutes away from Lax. There are no vacation rental houses anywhere in the area that are this large. Relax as close or as far away from your family or friends in this great place made for having a good time.
Our stay was far too brief for such an enormous house. It was that big that we often got lost!😀Kimberley was an excellent host and provided a detailed induction and tour of this monstrous house upon our arrival. Our four days there and our busy theme parks program meant we did not get a chance to fully enjoy the property. Our family would have absolutely no hesitation in renting this house next time we vist LA. Thank you Kimberley.
My extended family traveled to LA for a family wedding. Cost was about the same as staying at a decent hotel. The house is close to our LA relatives and was large enough for 5 families to enjoy each other's company without getting on each other's nerves. Our use of the kitchen was minimal and it was too hot to venture out to the balconies until evening. But there is a panoramic view from just about every wonderfully air conditioned room. There are private bedrooms for 10 people and the game room has a queen and sofas for those who don't mind an open floor plan. Rollaways were available to add to the spacious bedrooms if desired.
Kimberly was very apologetic that the house was not in perfect condition for us due to the previous renters' rough treatment. Things were broken and carpets were stained, but the cleaning crew did an outstanding job in a short time. For gadget fans, the kitchen has some interesting built-in appliances that were state-of-the-art back in the 80s. We didn't do any sightseeing since we have been to the area many times.
The VRBO listing accurately describes the property. I would definitely rent this property again - it is a really awesome LA beach resort!
MY husband and I, along with our 5 adult children and spouses travelled to LA for a family wedding. We were happy with our stay in this beautiful home. It was nice for everyone to spread out among the different levels, the beds were very comfortable, the views awesome and the location perfect for us. The gourmet kitchen was a delight and also well stocked. We drove in a different direction each day to see the sights and it was wonderful to be so centrally located. Kimberly was attentive to our every need and offered great suggestions for things to do/places to go. We would highly recommend this rental to those who prefer a home over a hotel. Thanks Kimberly!
Booked a three night stay at this residence for extended family gathering for a birthday celebration. We were all traveling from different parts of the country and wanted a location that would provide ample space and proximity to the airport and our event venue. We could not believe our fortune in securing this residence. This multi-level residence allowed for everyone to have their privacy while also allowing for multi-locations for socializing. The views from every level and most rooms were simply stunning especially from the spacious roof-top deck that offered sweeping views from the ocean to the Hollywood hills to downtown Los Angeles. We ventured to local beaches (Dockweiler, Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica Pier) without having to get on the freeways; a huge bonus! The property manager was very responsive to our inquiries and provided great tips on local resources. It will be hard to travel to the L.A. area again and not stay here!

Kimberly, the landlord, was definitely a "pro" as well. She was very helpful along the way, was flexible with timing when we needed it, and was very responsive via text/phone.
Bicycles are a easy and fun alternative to getting around locally and there are a few excellent bike trails in the area. Bikes are available to guests for a rental fee through our Villa Concierge Service
If you need to venture further out we recommend using Uber and Lift.
