About Yves Lebreton
Hello my name is Yves Lebreton. I am a French artist. After studying, painting and music, I devoted myself to the art of Mime and became a professional actor in 1969 with my first public show in Paris. Since I have never stopped traveling around the world with my theatrical productions. In 1983, I bought this beautiful old Tuscan farm to create my own theatrical studio in the middle of olive groves. In 2000, I turned all the property in full respect of the traditional Tuscan architectural style in order to welcome foreign tourists curious to discover the infinite beauty of Tuscany and the treasures of the Italian Renaissance.

Why Yves Lebreton chose Montespertoli
In 1983, I bought this beautiful old Tuscan farm to create my own theatrical studio in the middle of olive groves. In 2000, I turned all the property in full respect of the traditional Tuscan architectural style in order to welcome foreign tourists curious to discover the infinite beauty of Tuscany and the treasures of the Italian Renaissance.
What makes this Villa unique
The house sits on a wonderful 10-acre/4 hectare estate of olive groves and enjoys a southern exposure which offer sunlight from morning to evening. Its isolated and dominant position ensures complete tranquility with a magnificent panoramic view across the hills of the Chianti countryside. The restoration of the Villa has been made in an extraordinarily tasteful manner that preserves the traditional Tuscan architectural style while offering, at the same time, all modern comforts and amenities. The rustic and typical Tuscan furniture create a very nostalgic and 'retro' atmosphere of beauty and harmony. Several magnificent reproductions of masterpieces by Renaissance artists are displayed on the immaculate white walls of the Villa. The Villa includes three panoramic terraces open to the beauty of the surrounding countryside where it is a pleasure to have lunch and dinner. In the midst of olive groves and facing the panorama is a large swimming pool with a full southern exposure.

Villa Tuscany is even more stunning than it appears in the pictures. The villa is located on a hilltop with the most amazing vistas in every direction. My extended family of five adults and four children stayed at the villa for one week in June. It was the perfect spot to enjoy Tuscany. The villa and grounds have been beautifully restored, and you feel like you are living la dolce vita. The rooms are all spacious and very comfortable. While it is very traditional, we still had the comforts of home with Wifi in every room and AC. It is conveniently located less than 20 miles south of Florence so it was easy to get there from the airport and train station. I think the highlight was eating Chef Carla’s delicious Tuscan dinners al fresco while overlooking the olive groves and vineyards. After a day of sight seeing, we spent most afternoons lounging at the pool. We also enjoyed walking through the olive groves and vineyards every morning. We had a group ranging from 9 to 75, and everyone had a great experience. Even though it is located in the countryside, it is easy to access to all the important sites around Tuscany. Although it was hard to leave the villa, we spent one afternoon in San Gimignano and a day in Florence. We toured several local wineries as we were close to Greve in Chianti , and we had an amazing lunch in Badia Passignano.
Yves was a wonderful host and available for any questions. He helped us with dinner reservations, gave us information about local shopping and other activities in the region, and provided olive oil produced at the villa.
We were able to see and enjoy the beautiful countryside on a bike tour. Toscana by Bike in Montespertoli outfitted the whole group and introduced us to sites we would have never seen in a car. Massimo was moto bene. It was fun for all even though we rode over 25 miles and the group's experience level ranged from expert to beginner. The tour used electric bikes so everyone was able to keep up.
Another highlight was the option to use a private chef. Chef Carla was outstanding. We had three delicious dinners at the villa made by Chef Carla. Every dish was amazing, and we always had extra for the next day.
We can’t say enough about Villa Tuscany, Yves, and Chef Carla. If we could, we would return every year!
Wonderful place to take in Tuscany
This place was as wonderful as the glowing reviews we read about it. From here, we visited San Gimignano, Sienna, Florence, an agritourismo, and a high end winery. They were excellent, but the best thing about the week was taking in the views here enjoying wines we bought from the Coop in Montespertoli.
Beautiful villa, unforgettable views!
We stayed at this beautiful villa for 4 weeks and could of stayed longer. All of the friends and family who joined us, including 5 grandchildren ages 2-7, had a wonderful time. The villa is impeccably maintained and the property is just gorgeous. The easy drive from Florence and the close proximity of a town (3 km to Montespertoli) with markets and restaurants make the location ideal. The pool, chef dinners and various outdoor dining areas made for wonderful memories. We will never forget our dream vacation at Villa Tuscany. Thank you Yvez for you hospitality!
Dear Cynthia, thank you so much for your very nice review, Yves
Great time once again
We had a great time at Yves wonderful villa again this year. The villa, pool, and grounds were perfect in perfect condition. We also enjoyed Carla’s meals. We hope to come back next year. Highly recommend.
Thank you very much Pete for your review on VRBO. Hope to see you again soon. Yves
Yves was a wonderful host. The villa was beautiful and comfortable. There were 9 of us in our party and everyone was comfortable. We had chef Carla one evening and the food was absolutely delicious! We definitely recommend Villa Tuscany and will return for future visits.
Dear Terri, thank you so much for your nice review on VRBO platform. My best regards, Yves
Perfect location for a company of up to 14 persons
We stayed 2 weeks in August in the villa Tuscany with members of the family and friends.
The location is marvelous: Splendid view on the rolling hills of the Tuscany. No other buildings to see in the proximity.
Jet Montespertoli is about 3 km, in walking distance. The town offers everything necessary. Including a nice central place where young and old meets.
Siena, Florence, San Giminiano and the sea are within 1 hour drive or less. Perfect for sight-seeing in the morning, before the big crowds arrive. And they do arrive in these towns!
The house is big enough - equipped with a wet cell for every room - so that there is no crowded-in feeling. Each room, and even the kitchen, is equipped with Air-Conditioning.
Everything is well organized, but not over-organized.
Yves Lebreton and his partner live close-by. They are very good hosts: Almost invisible, but always there for service - whatever it is.
I my case it was my wish to practize the piano during our stay. No problem. Yves found a local music school to lend me an e-piano. At the end of our stay, I even had to inset to pay something.
What else should I say?
Highly recommended. We hope to come again.
Thank you Peter for your nice review on Villa Tuscany. Yves
