Accommodation up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms (one with sofa bed), 1 bath with spa shower, open kitchen and living room with fantastic views to the harbor and the old town of Palma. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, flat screen, I-pod speakers, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, patio furniture. The house has elevator and parking on the street is free.

Great Appartment

We (my mother and I) stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks.

The apartment is finished to a fantastic standard. The location is great with nice walks to the surrounding areas like the old town. The restaurants and bars located below and in the neighbourhood of apartment are really good with high quality of food. Bus stops are just opposite which is a great way to get around Palma, to the beaches and other places on the island (e.g. Valdamossa). The promenade just below is lovely to stroll along. There is a busy and noisy road in front of the apartment but it didn't bother us, especially because of the great sound insolation due to the good windows and with the 3 air-conditioning units it was always really pleasant inside.

For us the absolute highlight of the apartment is the view which you can enjoy from the lovely balcony.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone who likes a lively and friendly area.

Schöner Urlaub

Ich kann mich den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen.Netter Empfang,Ausblick top,Ausstattung funktionell.Nur der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte besser sein,da kommt beim duschen keine Freude auf.(Aber wenn dies der einzige Kritikpunkt ist......)

Traumhafter Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist so wie im Internet beschrieben und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick. Es war auf der Terrasse zwar etwas laut, aber nicht anders zu erwarten an diesem Ort. Alle interessanten Orte wie Altstadt, St. Catalina , Bellver usw. sind fussläufig bestens erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen usw. in der direkten Umgebung.

Wir wurden sehr gut und sehr freundlich betreut durch Irene und werden uns freuen, wieder zu kommen.

Großzügige Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung im Internet. Frau Barcelo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Übergabe war absolut problemlos. Fußläufig kann man die Altstadt in 20 Minuten bequem erreichen. Auch in der nächsten Umgebung ist bestens für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Top Italiener direkt im Gebäudekomplex.

Wir können die Wohnung trotz "verkehrsgünstiger" Lage bestens empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick. Da die Wohnung an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist es leider sehr laut auf dem Balkon (wussten wir aber). Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es fehlte nichts. Wir hatten eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die Übergabe war problemlos. Sie hatte Zeit für uns, hat alles erklärt und Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung liegt in einer guten Lage, wir haben alles erreichen können was wir wollten (Supermarkt, Bahn nach Soller, Fahrradvermietung, zu Fuß rauf zum Castell Bellver, Markthalle Santa Catalina, Stadtzentrum, Altstadt, La Seu, etc.). Wenn wir Palma mal wieder einen Besuch abstatten wollen, kommen wir gerne wieder in diese schöne Wohnung zurück. Liebe Grüße die M&M´s

The Paseo Maritimo Apartment is located primarily on the Paseo Maritimo, Palma's attractive harbor and nightlife area and offers magnificent views of the sea and the Cathedral. From here it gets pretty easy to walk to the pier Can Barbara, to the auditorium, Palmas Opera House, you can see the yacht harbor promenade and a stroll along the Paseo walk to the Santa Catalina market or even go skating and cycling. Breakfast sitting in one of the many cafes or on the terrace of attractive restaurants and of course the fullest Palmas attractive nightlife. The old town with its impressive buildings and the old city walls, the beautiful galleries and museums and shops are within walking distance.
