Immaculately clean, fresh updated decor, well-maintained - looks brand new!

In addition to cleanliness and fresh decor, I also appreciated the attention to details often overlooked by hotels and other lodging properties: Ceiling lights in bedrooms as well as night stand lamps for bedtime reading; Counter and shelf space in bathrooms for setting out toiletries; kitchen well supplied especially utilized the coffee maker and electric tea kettle; hermetically sealed (just kidding) kitchen garbage can; 2 living rooms with TV/entertainment; plenty of pillows, towels, extra blankets and throws for chilly evenings; free wifi; garage door opener; lots of hot water! Washer and dryer came in handy; Charging stand in master bedroom was a nice touch,too.

We (3 siblings, 2 spouses and 1 adult son) were in town for a family wedding/sibling reunion/nostalgia trek to family farm in N.D. so didn't spend a lot of time at the house; we pretty much collapsed into our beds at night wishing we had time and stamina to watch a movie on the big screen TV or play one of the board games in the evening. We loved hanging out on the deck - reminiscing or engaging in heated political debates - with morning coffee.

Most of our meals were family get-togethers at my sister's house so did not have time to visit our favorite restaurants this time - Enzo's (west side), Walkers (downtown), Pug Mahon's (downtown) or The Feedlot (Sheppard) but did make it to Rio Sabinos for Mexican and City Brew (next to City Vineyard on Grand) to get a pound of coffee for the coffeemaker (love their Rolling River and Blazing Prairies). Dara's house is very convenient to my favorite Natural Grocers as well as Costco, Walmart, shopping mall, a multitude of chain restaurants.

We found everything we needed for a restful family reunion! We were so comfortable and were able to just relax and enjoy meeting our new granddaughter!

Great home for 2 families or couples

What a wonderful property this is. There are 2 separate living spaces, so its basically like renting 2 different houses. The main level has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, full bathroom and living room, while the basement level also has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and living room. The washer/dryer is also located at this level.

The owner, Dara, takes wonderful care of this property and keeps the house fully stocked in terms of toiletries. This house is centrally located and is close to Costco & Walmart as well as a few other stores and restaurants. There is a fire station directly outside the master bedroom window ,but there were no incidents during our 2 week stay.

We would definitely return to this house and recommend it to anyone.

This duplex is in a great location!

We had a great stay, Dara has absolutely everything that you could possibly need. The house is safe and clean, the beds are very comfortable! And It's large enough for 2 families. We will be back!
