Bright, spacious, inviting

  • 5 of 5

Just back from a family trip to the Pink House and everyone agreed it was one of our best vacations ever. Tons for the kids to do including fishing, kayaking, swimming, biking, beach. Grandparents enjoyed the close proximity to everything including shopping, beach, and restaurants. The house is well-maintained, bright, and spacious, and the local manager was very helpful and responsive. We will absolutely look to go again.

Pink House on Captiva was paradise.

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed a perfect week at the Pink House on Captiva Island. The location was ideal. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, and a short drive to nearby restaurants. The House was well appointed and included kayaks, bikes and beach chairs. There were balconies off all the bedrooms and a patio off the kitchen. The dock was a great place for morning coffee while the backyard patio was perfect spot to relax and enjoy happy hour. You will want to come back year after year.

Your private home on Captiva Island!

  • 5 of 5

This is a "like new" private residence in a residential section of Captiva with it's own boat dock on the bay. It is in a very private section of the island but only 2 miles from the village and several excellent residences. It comes with kayaks paddle boards, bicycles and everything you need for a day at the beach. The house is luxuriously furnished, with all the amenities of a typical full time residence and is fastidiously maintained. If you want a large and comfortable home away from home at the beach this would be an excellent choice!

Perfect vacation spot!

  • 5 of 5

The lush vegetation made the property feel very private. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Our group of 10 could not have asked for more. We all loved our stay in the Pink House. The dock, the pool, the balconies, ,the fountain area off the kitchen, the screened porch in the back gave our group of 10 lots of room to spread out. Our kayak adventures with manatees and dolphins were the icing on the cake!

Perfect Vacation!

  • 5 of 5

Our family (6 adults and 3 children) absolutely LOVED the "Pink House" for our New Year's vacation. We traveled from Colorado and Alaska to enjoy some fun in the sun, and were not disappointed! This house had everything: plenty of space for all of us (the master bedroom is HUGE!), clean and beautiful, plenty of outdoor seating, pool, gardens, paddle-boarding/kayaking off the dock (check out the mangrove tunnels - fun kayak trips), manatee/dolphin viewing, bikes to cruise down to the general store to get ice-cream or check out the top part of the island, and a short 10 minute walk to the beach with great sunset views (and plenty of dolphin sightings!) Shells galore, especially after a stormy night. There are plenty of restaurants and activities on the island, but honestly, the Pink House was so relaxing we ended up cooking in most evenings! We shopped at Costco and Publix in Ft. Myers before heading over to Sanibel/Captiva, so we were set. There are great grocery options on the island, but obviously much more expensive! There is a general store a quick bike ride away from the house for very basic items, and a few other grocery stores within driving distance from the house. We tried to avoid the road in the mornings when the beach traffic was coming in, or in the evenings, when it was leaving. At the far end of the island (near the house), it is not as busy as the Sanibel side of the island, so we weren't affected too much. Dall is super nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend staying at this house - you won't regret it! Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing vacation!
