The building is a charming and cozy 5-unit apartment residence. This unit is on the second story and there is no elevator, therefore it's not suitable for someone who has ADA requirements.
The building was constructed in 1939 and we've remodeled the interior. We found three relics quite charming and decided to keep them, the heavy, cast iron sink, the cast iron tub and the antique gas range.
Ample unrestricted street parking is available, no permits or pesky meter feeding required. Driveway parking is reserved for our permanent residents. Everything is digital, no keys to weigh you down during your time out and about. I set a new code for each guest which assures total privacy and security during your stay.
Interaction with Guests:
Depending upon the time of year, self check-in is available or you may meet and greet with your host, sharing tips and information about the apartment and local area.

I have been in the hospitality industry since 2005. I owned and operated two hotels and I have traveled extensively. My sensibilities are for the traveler and the amenities included in your stay meet my high standards for quality hotel accommodations. In addition, the Burbank Millennial Hideaway offers the fastest and most reliable internet available in the city.
Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the agreement to stay at the property. Very late arrivals or noise are a problem since this is a quiet and intimate building with neighbors.
I cater to the nonsmoker without pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment nor on the property. Our other tenants dislike the aroma. We love small non-human friends, but unfortunately they are not allowed at the property. We observe quiet time from 10 p.m to 8 a.m and kindly request that you do the same by turning down your music or television during these times.
This is considered to be among the best neighborhoods in the Los Angeles area. The apartment is walking distance from downtown Burbank which features a beautiful mall and retail and restaurant district. Neighbors here treasure their homes and neighbors. Long walks are a must in our neighborhood to enjoy the beautiful sights, local businesses and landscaping. Grab a coffee or a delicious meal from one of the many amazing restaurants mentioned in the House Manual.
