A short 13 minute walk from beautiful downtown Burbank, the Burbank Millennial Hideaway is a spacious studio apartment with an elegant boutique touch. Enjoy luxury Queen-size bedding, abundant amenities, and a full kitchen. Five diamond standards with at home comfort, privacy and security. The apartment also has an iron and ironing board.

The Space:

Relaxation and comfort will come easy during your stay with us. Your experience includes queen-size luxury bedding, unlimited hot showers, and free WiFi. The apartment taylors to the traveler who prefers to view their entertainment on a laptop, tablet or phone. There is no television inside. If you require an HDTV, check my profile for other, suitable listings.

You will also have a full size kitchen at your fingertips with all the cooking comforts you could wish for. A microwave and mini fridge, soap, shampoo and towels are among the many delightful amenities available during your stay at the Burbank Millennial Hideaway.

Enjoy accommodations and VIP treatment of a boutique hotel with at home comfort, privacy and security.

The building is a charming and cozy 5-unit apartment residence. This unit is on the second story and there is no elevator, therefore it's not suitable for someone who has ADA requirements.

The building was constructed in 1939 and we've remodeled the interior. We found three relics quite charming and decided to keep them, the heavy, cast iron sink, the cast iron tub and the antique gas range.

Guest Access:

Ample unrestricted street parking is available, no permits or pesky meter feeding required. Driveway parking is reserved for our permanent residents. Everything is digital, no keys to weigh you down during your time out and about. I set a new code for each guest which assures total privacy and security during your stay.

Interaction with Guests:

Depending upon the time of year, self check-in is available or you may meet and greet with your host, sharing tips and information about the apartment and local area.

Other Things to Note:

I have been in the hospitality industry since 2005. I owned and operated two hotels and I have traveled extensively. My sensibilities are for the traveler and the amenities included in your stay meet my high standards for quality hotel accommodations. In addition, the Burbank Millennial Hideaway offers the fastest and most reliable internet available in the city.

House Rules:

Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the agreement to stay at the property. Very late arrivals or noise are a problem since this is a quiet and intimate building with neighbors.

I cater to the nonsmoker without pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment nor on the property. Our other tenants dislike the aroma. We love small non-human friends, but unfortunately they are not allowed at the property. We observe quiet time from 10 p.m to 8 a.m and kindly request that you do the same by turning down your music or television during these times.

The Neighborhood:

This is considered to be among the best neighborhoods in the Los Angeles area. The apartment is walking distance from downtown Burbank which features a beautiful mall and retail and restaurant district. Neighbors here treasure their homes and neighbors. Long walks are a must in our neighborhood to enjoy the beautiful sights, local businesses and landscaping. Grab a coffee or a delicious meal from one of the many amazing restaurants mentioned in the House Manual.

Getting Around:

I always recommend ride shares such as Sidecar or Uber, but public transportation is equally within reach. If you wish to use Sidecar, my referral code is sf6z2 which will grant you a special discount on your first ride.

I've lived in this very community since 1991 and would never live anywhere else. It's amazing. Not at all a big metropolitan area. It's suburban and apart from the hectic life of LA, yet fully accessible to the entire county through the immediate freeway access nearby.

What makes this apartment unique

I fell in love with this building because it feels like a house. Not a big complex. It was built in 1939 so the structure and feel is solid. I've updated the amenities to provide hotel-level services.

Lovely Place to Stay in Burbank

Christopher Matthew Spencer was a great host. You can have as little or as much interaction with him as you wish. Great apartment with all the amenities you will need for your stay. Very clean and great attention to detail from the toiletries to the suggested restaurants and stores within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and located close to all the best places to visit. We would definitely stay here when we visit our son again.

Awesome!

I was on a business trip to the Burbank and Sherman Oaks area and wanted something different than the usual hotel. I could not have been more pleased with my stay. It was quiet and relaxing and close to everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean. I would recommend the Millennial Hideaway to anyone planning a trip to the LA area!

Best rest stop in Burbank!

Christopher's attention to detail is reflected in the Hideaway.

#1 - The Bed, Memory foam says it all

#2- The toiletries, Same quality you would find in a top rated hotel

#3- Kitchenette, Everything you need for a to prepare any meal

#4- Chocolate and Champagne upon arrival

#5- Security- Don't worry about losing a key, a code is all you need.

#6- The little touches- helpful hints on where to eat, how to get around, things to do in and around Burbank.

AND the location is one of the best in Burbank.

We hope to stay there every time we're in the area.

Great location!

This location is everything. Few minute drive to downtown-- restaurants, cinema, and a mall all right next to each other. Great neighborhood. Has a nice homey feel! The champagne and chocolate was an amazing touch! My next trip to the area I will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Awesome little place that was perfect to wake up to.

This studio was an amazing find by my wife who planned out a birthday getaway for me. I asked her if I could write the review because I really was impressed and very happy with the experience.

We arrived to a very clean and pleasant looking unit. The maid left the AC on which was really thoughtful considering the heat. The colors, decor, etc., we're inviting and it felt like a little home rather than some cold hotel room.

The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and a complete pleasure to wake up to. We didn't have to deal with a lobby or having to go through a parking garage or lot to get to our car. I think I felt like I was staying at a relatives house more than anything.

Christopher was very responsive and helpful to my wife's questions. It really helped her to have one less thing to worry about on the trip! My wife and I are definitely recommending that you look for his rentals if you are ever in Burbank.

The place is in a perfect location for Universal Studios, very easy to get to. Convenient location for food, fun, etc.

This was by far the most stress free relaxing trip to SoCal we've had. Thank you for the great experience, Christopher!

Great apartment!!
