Fully furnished and newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (sleeps 6) located 3 miles from Old Town Tempe, Scottsdale, ASU Campus, Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens, San Francisco Giant's Training Camp, Oakland A's Training Camp, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Pagago Park Golf Course and much more.

Both the condo and public grounds are non-smoking.

This complex gives you easy proximity to the many pleasures of Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale attractions. AND it is only 5 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.

There are two swimming pools and you can work out in the on site fitness center. There is also a hot tub. Papago park is right across the street so wake up every morning and have a hike without getting in your car to drive to another location. You will love this location.

About Owner/Property Manager

I live in Canada and will be retiring within the next 6 years. yes, I know... 6 years... it seems like an eternity. Wintering in Phoenix will be the plan for me so in the interim, I work, visit PHX when I can and try to survive my last few years of reporting to the man. :)

I love PHX. I love the fact that you always see the sun. One of the main reasons why I bought here is the community. I wanted to be close to the airport and close to both Scottsdale and Tempe. Picking up friends and family is so much easier when you are only 5 minutes away.

What makes this condo unique

Did I mention being 5 minutes from the airport. You drive out of the complex and you are 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix

The complex lovely well maintained and landscaped. The condo not so well maintained,not too clean.

The condo refrigerator full of used food when we arrived,removed 9 grocery size plastic bags full. Bedroom carpets very dirty. Tile floors throughout living area dirty,bought a mop and cleaned it myself. Condo advertised as sleeps 6,if two guests are willing to sleep on a 5" thick blow up mattress, unacceptable for adults. Many light bulbs burned out throughout the condo,bathrooms,kitchen,bedrooms. Television reception quite inadequate,some type of antenna hanging from vertical blind rod. Called the owner shortly after arrival several times with no response until VRBO contacted her. Nothing resolved,lived with the poor lighting and all of the other issues for 2 weeks. Will think long and hard before I book with VRBO again.
