What a pity. A lovely new bldg in downtown Miami, & the owner so poorly cared for his apt.Hardly any furniture in it.
Only one stained & dirty couch,3 chairs & cocktail table in living room. Only one TV was working, with no cable channels, only played Netflix.Most of the condo light bulbs were burnt. Bed sheet of one bed were dirty& stained. Minimum kitchen utensils. Balcony furniture all broken with no cushions. Only 1 thermostat & a weak AC..Some rooms were uncomfortably hot. Avoid renting this place. It is very bad.
