Luxuriously appointed, newly renovated, sunny property, is an ideal holiday rental. Just minutes from the Old Town, 3 minutes walk from the main shopping street, Ave Jean Medecin. The beach is about 10 minutes walk. The property comprises a spacious hall, living room, with separate kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite and a separate bathroom. Each bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe. There is a small French Cafe outside the main door on the right, for that 'relaxing espresso'. The train station is 10 minutes walk and the main bus station is 8 minutes walk. It's an ideally located apartment, on the 4th floor, serviced by lift. The kitchen has been completely upgraded. The sun sets beautifully in the living room in the evening, perfect for a truly relaxing glass of wine. Welcome to Nice.

For a quick and relaxing shopping trip and within a 3 minute walk, take a stroll along the Bd. Dubouchage to the Nice -Etoile, or Monoprix, if you fancy doing a little cooking. The Ave Jean Medecin is one of many great shopping streets. i.e. Galeries Lafayette. The famous Basilique Notre - Dame is not far away. If you fancy a nice leisurely walk then try the Promenade des Anglais, and visit the famous Hotel Negresco. Or head towards the port and see the beautiful Opera House and the Acropolis. The Old Town is full of lovely small streets with plenty of small shops and galleries for another day. Just enjoy it.

A large, sunny apartment in an ideal location.

The apartment is bright, spacious and clean. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are well fitted and comfortable. The location is within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants and local transport. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and has attractive and plentiful crockery, cutlery and glasses. We felt at home immediately and would like to return next year.

Lovely place to stay.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was so convenient and clean. It was extremely well equipped, bright and spacious. The location was excellent- near to shops, fabulous restaurants, cafes and the beach.. we would strongly recommend it.

THE APT IN NICE WE HAD WAS A VERY WELL PLACED IN A CONVENIENT PART OF NICE. THE APT. WAS VERY EASY TO LIVE IN WITH CONVENIENT RESTAURANTS AND SUPER MARKETS TO WALK TO.

WE (3) HAD A FANTASTICE TIME AND WE DID TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE KITCHEN WHEN WE COULD. IF WE COME BACK TO NICE WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Great Apartment - Terrific Location

We stayed is this apartment for four days in May 2016 while visiting Nice and attending the Monaco Grand Prix. Even though the apartment is on the 4th floor there is an elevator which is very convenient. The Promenade Des Anglais (beach) and Old Town is 10-15 minutes walking depending on your walking speed. There are two supermarkets a few minutes walk away and a small store a few doors down. If there is a drawback it is that paring is a public parking garage a few minutes walk away but that did not affect our visit. The apartment is spacious with 2 bathroom, lots of utensils, clean and quiet. We were met by a representative, Christophe, who was very helpful in getting us settled and gave us his mobile phone number in case we needed any help. We are looking forward to returning and highly recommend this apartment which is beautiful, well maintained and only minutes away from everything.
