Stop and enjoy the view at our fresh and clean Farmview house! The view of the farm terraces and community gardens will be your backdrop as you enjoy a stay in the middle of West Asheville. This location is in close proximity to Haywood road and will be your stop for each trip back to Asheville.

Within walking distance of many popular pubs and restaurants in West Asheville the Farmview house is also just a short drive downtown or to the River Arts District. It is possible to walk to everything you would need including coffee shops, grocery stores, music venues, pubs, and breweries.

The Farmview is the top half of a duplex. The bottom half (Hillside House) can be rented as well! Please be aware that if you rent the Farmview but not the Hillside other guests may be renting below. Receive additional discounts if you rent both units! This unit is available for 30 nights or more.

Beautiful view!

My family and I were at Farmview for an extended stay. I loved the view from the windows, watching the birds and seeing the the changes in the seasons. The kitchen was well stocked and had all of the necessary pans and appliances. We had an easy walk to the restaurants and shops of West Asheville. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great house!

We had a great time at this rental! It was exactly as described. The location was amazing! Such an easy walk to a lot of places to eat and shop, and a very short drive to downtown. It was great to be so close to everything, but just far enough away that you don't have to deal with traffic or bar noise.

The beds were comfy and everything inside the rental was great! Property management was very easy to work with. Only negative I could say would be that if someone is renting the house below you, it can be a little noisy. But I just used my white noise app and slept great. We would definitely stay here again!

Access to Everything Asheville

Stayed with family for a long Asheville weekend. This was the perfect "staging point" for all of our adventures. We walked up the hill to Haywood for several meals - breakfast at BiscuitHead and SunnyPoint, lunch at Asheville Sandwich, NFL game time at Westville Pub. Short drive to downtown and breweries, easy access to/from interstates. The house was clean and new feeling. Great picture windows for bird watching. Management was easy to deal with. Keypad entry is a great idea - we didn't have to worry about who had the key. Very small issue with the living room furniture (not very comfortable), but we were not at the house much, out and about. We'll be back in the summer.

We Loved It!

The listing description was very accurate. The property was clean, well-maintained and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is within walking distance of several different places to eat. The owner was always very easy to get in contact with and was went the extra mile to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay here again.
