The apartment is situated in the middle of the Millenium/Laguna Golf complex just a 5 minute drive from the lively Vilamoura Harbour and the Beach.

The apartment is an ex-show home and fitted out tastefully with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a kitchen, large living/dining room and large balcony, it has security access and underground parking, the apartment also has use of a swimming pool and gardens at the rear.

This executive apartment is ideal for summer rental and winter rental alike, appealing to golfers between the months of October and April and families from May to September.

The apartment offers full self-catering facilities with cooker, washer, fridge, microwave etc, it also boasts satellite TV.

It is possible to sleep 6 people ( 4 adults and 2 children )in the apartment (large family) as the living room has 1 double fold down settee.

This apartment is ideally situated to have either a peaceful relaxing holiday or optionally sample lively Vilamoura.

PLEASE NOTE THE APARTMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR RENT FROM SATURDAY/SUNDAY TO SATURDAY/SUNDAY IN HIGH SEASON.

Stayed for 4 nights on golf trip. As described in literature. Cab ride to Marina less than 10 euros so no need for a car. Had 1 problem which was dealt with very promptly by Mark and his associates in Portugal. Would recommend anybody to stay there.

Excellent Holiday

We recently stayed at this apartment for the second time have initially visited 2 years ago and must say it is perfect, clean excellent facilities. You need a car but location is excellent for getting around. Have just booked again for 2011.

Great Location, great apartment.

Apartment was spacious, clean and very well maintained. The location is great in a quiet area. My three children spent many hours in the pool while I sat back to relax in the lovely gardens. The owner was very helpful and the property was accurately advertised. I will definitely return as I love the area which is a paradise for golf lovers.

March 2010 stay

Accommodation was fantastic, good quiet location, large balcony, no fault. Transport of some kind is recommended. We hired bikes which was fun - and it's very flat so nice and easy cycling. Advice for golfers - pack lighter bag because it's quite a climb to second floor. 2 golf courses 10 minutes' walk away. Over all, would stay again.

Beautiful Apartment in secluded surroundings

I have just returned from a week in Vilamoura, the apartment is faultless, it is very clean and spacious with a lovely large balcony, all the fittings seem as new, there is air conditioning in all the rooms, which i and my fellow travellers found a must as the temperature was scorching, the only down side to the area, is that there is nothing within walking distance, and by that i mean popping to the shops, the nearest shops are a good 20-30min walk, the marina is even further away, the taxis to the marina cost us 5-7 euros a time, so if i return i will definately hire a car. That is my only moan, the communication with the owner Mark was very efficient and promp and all the information you need is sent prior to your holiday, in the information pack a few bars and restaurants are recomended, one of which is the A Carpa restaurant, and i have to say if we were not advised of the A Carpa we may never have tried it, it is lovely, the staff are friendly and the food is lovely and very reasonably priced, so please give the restaurant a go, you will not be dissapointed. I would have given this property a 5 star rating if it were not for the distance to travel anywhere, as everything else was spot on :)

Excellent location - great value

Myself, partner and our little girl visited Vilamoura in September 2008 and were extremely impressed. The apartment is tastefully furnished, scrupulously clean and also, very spacious. The communal pool area to the rear is surrounded by a lovely garden, and is very relaxing.

It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Millennium/Laguna golf complex, however you don't need to be a golfer to enjoy a stay here. It is quiet and tranquil at night, yet the Marina is only a 5 minute drive away, with a cosmopolitan choice of restaurants and bars. If you fancy something a little more exotic, then nightclubs and a casino can also be found here.

The apartment is best enjoyed with a hire car, as, if you are prepared to travel out just a little, a number of excellent water parks are nearby, plus the zoomarine centre which is excellent for the kids, with it's dolphin shows etc. There are also numerous beautiful beaches along the coast.

All in all, it's an excellent place to visit, so much so that I have returned here since with my golf clubs - there are seven top rated courses to be played within a twenty minute drive.

With Faro airport less than half an hour away, and most budget airlines flying here, it's a great opportunity to enjoy a beautiful holiday at a very reasonable cost.

The apartment is ideally located just a 5 minute car or taxi ride to Vilamoura Harbour or the Beach which offers all kinds of water sports such as Water Skiing, Paragliding, Windsurfing, Pedaloes, Surfing and Banana Boats.

The water park is only a 10 minute drive away and boasts lots of rides for a fun day out for the family.

The apartment is located in the middle of the Millenium/Laguna/Victoria golf complex with courses being literally 2 minutes away.

Shopping in Loule is a 15/20 minute drive and the lively town of Albufeira is also 15/20 minutes away if you want a different night out the cost by taxi is approximately 20 euros.

If you don't want to go anywhere and just lie by the pool then you can do that in lovely surroundings.
