This lovely modern (2007) 2 bedroom condo (2000 sq ft) is pleasingly furnished with a Caribbean flavor. The ground floor entry opens on to a foyer with access to two bedrooms, one king size and one queen size. Each bedroom is complete with en-suite and walk in closet. Up one flight of stairs is the living room which opens onto a beautiful outdoor terrace. Well equipped spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A separate TV room/den can convert to a bedroom (pull out couch queen size). Bathroom including shower also located upstairs. Ceiling fans throughout the condo and bedrooms are air-conditioned.

This condo is conveniently located on the vibrant south coast at the corner of Golf Club Road and Garden Gap which is an easy walk (8-10 mins) to spectacular Accra Beach, the boardwalk, groceries, restaurants.

About Owner / Property Manager

I am a Canadian who fell in love with Barbados at a very young age! I started visiting Barbados at the age of 10 and have never stopped! I married a Barbadian 35 years ago and together with him raised two children in Canada. We go back and forth to Barbados as often as we can. Our two children are now grown up and our daughter was actually married in Barbados and we now have our first grandchild! Our son is engaged to a Barbadian girl (whom he met on our many visits to Barbados) and is also getting married in Barbados. We love Barbados and our very best friends and family live there!

Why Owner / Property Manager chose Christ Church

My husband and I purchased this property because of its location and easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. My husband is Bajan and immigrated to Canada 35 years ago. It was always very important to us to make sure our children grew up knowing their Barbadian roots and we managed to spend every january there. We always stayed with family and rented a car but as our children grew up it became more and more difficult to coordinate all of us wanting to do the same thing at the same time and therefore the logistics of getting everywhere required more than renting one car! It became clear to us that it was time to invest in a property in our much loved second home! This property enables us all to come and go as we please and a rental car is only necessary for my husband who is an avid surfer and will drive anywhere on the island to find waves!

What makes this condo unique

This condo is very spacious (2000 sq. feet) and with the living/dining/kitchen area being upstairs it can sometimes feel like living in a treehouse! We love enjoying our morning coffee listening to the monkeys and parrots in the area.

Location

Car: not necessary

easy walking distance to beautiful Accra Beach and many restaurants in the area. Also close to Boardwalk, grocery stores, banks, post office. Not necessary to rent a car unless wanting to explore the island.

Incredible Getaway

There were 4 of us in our group. We were four women getting away for a week without family. The house was perfect. Everything a renter wants. New,bright,airy and close to all conveniences. The kitchen was well appointed although we mostly frequented all the restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

If you are heading to Barbados, this is where you want to stay!

We have had the opportunity to stay at Bay Tree 2 times and the home is second to none. Safe and clean, lots of room and a beautiful private deck for relaxing on. The home offers lots of choices for close local beaches, groceries, shopping and food. Quite street and lots of room for multiple couples to say and have their own rooms and space.

Highly recommend for a beautiful holiday!

Clean, roomy and great location!

Really nice 2 story house on a quiet street with no noisy traffic. Very close walk to Accra Beach. We have stayed here 3 times and love the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and most of all the second floor large covered patio. This is great value for such a large, clean and accessible house in such a great location. Can't wait to go back!

Luxurious tropical oasis

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Baytree! It was clean, spacious and had modern amenities. All new stainless steel kitchen appliances. Beautiful outdoor covered patio to have coffee in the morning. We felt very safe and comfortable. Walking distance to our favourite beach Acra, and many restaurants.

We would go back in a heartbeat!
