The apartment is convenient, only 10 mins walk to the city centre and the supermarket just at the downstairs. The apartment has a nice cosy feel, quiet, clean and tidy. Large windows let the apartment bright that feel more comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped and everything is well maintained. All stuff we need for the stay are available.
This apartment in the centre of Graz is simply amazing, it has everything you need all we needed to do was unpack and had the perfect home away from home, the apartment is spotlessly clean.
The Host's Ines and Christian Adam are the best you could wish for, they kindly picked us up from the main station and also took us back on departure they both feel like family, we hope to stay there again in 2 years time as we could not wish for better accommodation.

We spent eight days in this cozy and comfortable apartment. It was immaculately clean and it had everything we needed. Location is excellent with the Old City within easy walking distance. BONUS FOR JOGGERS: As Ines and Christian will surely tell you if you ask, the Mur banks are close by and provide good jogging routes.
Ines and Christian are wonderful and kind hosts who graciously accommodated our late arrival and very early morning departure. They also provided us with ample and useful information. They are also very easy to deal with in making the rental arrangements. All in all this apartment is a great find.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and had all the facilities we needed. The fold down bed was comfortable and there was tea, coffee, salt, sugar, sweeteners, etc in the apartment, so we did not need to rush out to get provisions.
The apartment is only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town and is a great base for sight-seeing.
There is a supermarket next door to the apartment block and secure underground parking for your car.
For a good lunch, or just coffee and cakes we can recommend Mangolds, which is 5 minutes away on Griesgasse 11.

Het oude centrum op loopafstand, een supermarkt beneden en een parkeerplaats
in een afgesloten garage.
El apartamento está muy bien localizado, se puede llegar a muchos sitios a pie. Tiene un supermercado en la puerta. La plaza del aparcamiento se agradece mucho. Está muy bien equipado y todo esta muy limpio. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.
Los dueños han sido simpáticos, nos han dado información sobre la ciudad y alrededores, y también hay mucha información y mapas en la casa.

Our apartment is in the city centre. Sights like the 'Grazer Schloßberg with the Uhrturm' , the 'Acconci Insel' ,'Das Kunsthaus' and a lot of other sights are within a walking distance. A grocery is in the house and shoppings malls are not far away.
