I have a private, quiet & beautifully furnished luxury guest suite. It is on one level, large, open and loft like. Perfect for everything you want and anywhere you want to go in Santa Monica. The location is central to all - adjacent to downtown, Montana and north of the freeway. And it is licensed by the city for both short and long term rentals. Parking/WiFi/ & lots more included!

Luxury quality furnishings and amenities like fresh Egyptian cotton robes, luxury bedding etc. are provided. There are gorgeous outdoor areas for you to take in the breeze and enjoy a coveted location that makes getting in a car unnecessary. You will feel like you are on vacation but in a comfy space, bigger, homier and more convenient than any luxury hotel! Books & Novels abound in the library, board & card games in the loft for when there's 'nothing to watch' on the big screens TV offerings (DirecTV, Netflix/Hulu/AmazonPrime Video included).

Very comfortable, immaculately clean and well equipped apartment with a lovely outdoor space.

The owners, Scott and his wife Randi, live upstairs and were very helpful in making our stay most enjoyable, delivering treats on numerous occasions. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the main shopping area of Santa Monica and, with a Vons supermarket nearby, a car is not really necessary. Efficient taxi services such as Lyft or Uber are easily available and offer very good value for money. The owners have 3 very well behaved and friendly dogs and potential visitors should not be put off by this. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Perfect Santa Monica Location

I stayed with my two daughters ages 20 and 13 for a week. We were close to everything, beach, pier, promenade and could ride bikes everywhere. The owner was so helpful and we enjoyed visiting with him. The place itself is top notch. My youngest that always prefers a hotel, loved the place, she's a tough critic! We will absolutely stay here again if it is ever available, once this secret gets out availability will dwindle quickly.

Neat, tidy, clean, very attractive.

Great owners. The best we have encountered.Their hospitality is fantastic, from the donuts, to directions and reviews for restaurants, to even welcoming our dog to play with theirs. Scott and Randi really treat you as guests in their house. We stayed for two months and would gladly return again.

Great place for our family.

Property was in a great location with easy walking access to stores, restaurants, etc. Scott and Randy were excellent hosts providing us comfort and an enjoyable atmosphere. They brought us donuts one morning, our children enjoyed the property, and it had all the amenities necessary.
