I have a private, quiet & beautifully furnished luxury guest suite. It is on one level, large, open and loft like. Perfect for everything you want and anywhere you want to go in Santa Monica. The location is central to all - adjacent to downtown, Montana and north of the freeway. And it is licensed by the city for both short and long term rentals. Parking/WiFi/ & lots more included!

Luxury quality furnishings and amenities like fresh Egyptian cotton robes, luxury bedding etc. are provided. There are gorgeous outdoor areas for you to take in the breeze and enjoy a coveted location that makes getting in a car unnecessary. You will feel like you are on vacation but in a comfy space, bigger, homier and more convenient than any luxury hotel! Books & Novels abound in the library, board & card games in the loft for when there's 'nothing to watch' on the big screens TV offerings (DirecTV, Netflix/Hulu/AmazonPrime Video included).

Superb!!

Superb location, apartment and host! Upon arrival we were greeted by Scott who spent time with us letting us know about great places too eat and visit. His recommendations were excellent. In addition the apartment was stocked with lots of bottles of Fiji waters, fruit plate, lots of chocolates and donuts from a specialty donut shop in Santa Monica. He also brought us award winning strawberries from the farmers market one morning.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, the beds were high end and very comfortable. Parking was very convenient and in front of the apartment. Scott even had wonderful bikes that we used to ride on the strand that was located just a few blocks from the beach.

I will definitely stay here again when I return to LA.

Another perfect stay!

This is our second time staying at Scott's house and we had a wonderful time. Scott and Randi are really great hosts, they kept the house immaculate and comfortable as last time. Can't wait to go back soon!

Best property I've seen to date!!! And best host to date!!! Amazing home! Superb hosts.... immaculate place. In the center of Santa Monica. Walking distance to everything. It was a perfect experience overall in every way!

Beautiful property located close to the ocean, third street promenade and restaurants.property manager was very generous greeting us with wine, sidecar donuts, and strawberries! Owners Dogs are on the property and very well behaved. Scott Was available and answered all our questions promptly. We hope to be back! Loved it!

Couln't have asked for more. Wonderful accomodations and host

I have used HomeAway and Airbnb in the past but have never had taken the time to write a review until now.

I had read the reviews so had high expectations but Scott managed to exceed them.

First off the place is beautiful. Loads of space and the bathrooms/bedroom were 5 star hotel quality. Apart from the excellent apartment, the location was perfect. Close enough to the action to get to it quickly but still on a quiet residential street that is very safe.

However, what made our stay so memorable was our host Scott. He was always there to ask questions and if you needed anything it was not a problem. From the Sidecar donuts be brought on the first day (best donuts ever) to all his tips on restaurants/places to visit, we felt like we had our own personal concierge.

My kids also had a great time playing with games provided, watching the big screen ate and hanging out on the patio.

My daughter is a little bit afraid of dogs but Scott's dogs were as friendly as could be. They were very quiet and well behaved.

We were so sad to leave at the end of our week but the whole family agreed that this was one of our best trips ever and Scott and his apartment were a big part of it.

Excellent accommodations in a great location.

Scott is well informed, friendly, and helpful. The kitchen is small so cooking is cramped and it is a bit noisy in the late evening from the apartment complex next door and the owners' dogs but the home is well appointed and very comfortable and close to many Santa Monica attractions.
