The apartment is located in the Choriner Höfe, a new construction project in the urban district Mitte. The Berliner Hof is redefined here with the latest architectural and urban concepts. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has a terrace and a small garden. The living room turns into a spacious veranda with soil depths windows and a glass door. In addition to the double bed you can win in a few steps two more sleeping options on the sofa. The Finnish and Danish design furniture persuade by its colorful and clear structure. The light and color concept was designed and created by our interior designer. The luxury Miele kitchen impresses with its design and functionality.
Underfloor heating, air conditioning system, oak parquet flooring, bathroom with bath tub and high quality tiles and fixtures, and innovative light objects are self-evident.

The district around the Rosenthaler Platz has become one of the most popular and hippest in Berlin-Mitte. The Choriner Höfe are a part of it - just in front there is the tumultuous big city life and within you find calm.

Excellent apartment. Centrally located in Berlin in a very cool neighborhood. Very convenient to shops, good restaurants and public transit. Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, very modern and well appointed with everything you could need. The host, Andreas, was great and super helpful. He even scheduled a taxi pickup for us to the airport. Highly recommended.
The apartment is in a secure complex in a quiet street well away from the hustle and bustle of touristy Berlin. The transport connections are good and easy - we bought a Berlin Pass that allowed us to use all trains, trams and buses, including going to Potsdam. Two train stations were in very easy walking distance and there were plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. The apartment was modern well equipped - communication with the owner was good. Highly recommended.
We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay in this apartment. It was well-appointed, cheerful, and quiet, given its location off a courtyard well off of the street. The block was lovely and half a block away was a vibrant restaurant scene that we took advantage of many nights. Reasonable walks take you to other great eating areas. We're good walkers and walked to most locations but easily turned to public transit when we were tired, taking advantage of the apartment's convenience to bus, tram, and U-Bahn. Andreas was attentive and pleasant. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. It was a fabulous experience.
This was a comfortable apartment and ideal for us as a couple. It had everything we needed and had plenty of room. It was lovely to be able to sit out on the terrace to eat breakfast and in the evenings in peace and quiet. The apartment was clean and welcoming. The location was great, easy to get to various places in Berlin. The young man that met us with the keys was very friendly and helpful. It was also ideal that there was an underground car park that we could book and use. We would recommend this property.
While the apartment is small, it was suitable for our family of 3 (two seniors + 1 teenager). It is really a studio apartment, not a one bedroom. There is no separate bedroom or living room. Having a private patio was nice. There is a double bed + a convertible sofa/bed suitable for a child. We were able to find bedding for the sofa/bed, but there were towels only for 2 people. Since we speak only English figuring out the lighting system was a challenge. It would also have been helpful to have a binder with information about the apartment and the city (transportation, sightseeing etc.). Unfortunately, the person sent to greet us knew very little about the apartment's features. She was pleasant and did get back to us later with detailed information. The apartment is in a secure complex and is in a nice neighbourhood. It is but a one block walk to an excellent street of cafes, restaurants etc. and a major transit hub.
You are able to live in the heart of Berlin, only 10 minutes walking distance from the high culture monuments, such as the Museum island, cathedral, theaters while enjoying the trendy district and luxury accommodation. The Alexanderplatz square is just a stone's throw away. In a few minutes you are at the Kollwitz Platz with its nice shops, many restaurants and pubs. The cultural highlights of the city from here are in easy reach. In addition to two subway lines you have the possibility to go by tram. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. The famous Acker Hall, with a large grocery store is just a three minute walk away.
