Built in 2008 park model unit has 2 car covered parking, covered patio with outdoor furnishings. Inside it has all of the comforts of home with (2) Cable TV's, DVD players, An iPod player/charger, full size washer and dryer, coffee maker, standard appliances including; dishwasher and small appliances. Full climate control with heat and central air. Comfortable Queen size bed with new furnishings and ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. Centrally located between Coral Canyon and St. George this vacation spot puts you in the heart of heart of everything Southern Utah has to offer. You are within walking distance from shopping, restaurants, post office, city library, and state of the art recreation center with swimming pools. Just minutes from Red Cliffs Mall, Outlets, multiple Golf Courses, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Sand Hollow State Park, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and churches. For the outdoor enthusiast there are fishing ponds, hiking, biking and running trails nearby. Even when St. George is busy and packed with tourists you can find solitude in this 55+ retirement community and tune out all the commotion for total peace, quiet and relaxation. Must see very clean and comfortable. (There is only one bed sleeping 2 people).
Family purchased lot in 1997 and added a park model mobile home in 2008. Parents had Condo at Green Valley Sports Village. They rented the condo and stayed here personally.

Location is great with easy access from I15. Walking distance to so many things and only minutes away from so many attractions in Southern Utah. Approximately 1 mile from St. George Blvd and only about 40 minutes from Mesquite, Nevada if you like to visit the casino.
Quiet and peaceful community to sit on patio and relax. Conviently located near many attractions Southern Utah has to offer. Surrounded by Restaurants, shopping and golf without all of the crowd and traffic of a condo or hotel.
Both my wife Carol and I were so impressed with this property. It was such a cozy atmosphere and is very well kept. It's also located in a restful community and has a very nice area to sit outside and relax. We enjoyed every moment and can hardly wait to come back!
This was a great little get-away, home away from home for me and my boyfriend. It's a very cozy, quiet trailer park neighborhood conveniently located between St George and Hurricane. We were there for a weekend of outdoor fun and spring time thawing. It was a lovely place to hang out after a full day of play. Very clean with all of the amenities to cook, wonderful outdoor patio and tables, and a comfy living room area. A perfect couples retreat... at an unbeatable price! I would definitely stay here again.
Very comfortable and nicely decorated. We cooked at home, and used the patio grill and truly enjoyed our stay. Shower, water pressure, TV - cable, kitchen amenities /utensils were all first class. The owner is very nice and easy to reach. We would rent here again.
Very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for a couple. The landlord was very responsive and helpful with a minor issue with the key.
