Three bedroom (all queens sizes beds) and three full bathroom two story home in a gated community within walking distance to several great restaurants, convenience stores, liquor and marina's with boat ramps. This property has a club house for additional rental use for parties or receptions as well as, an exercise room, and large pool. Grill located on back porch. Well stocked kitchen. Finally, all the little extra's for light packing and more time to have fun.

Really Great Place

We loved the house, able to have 6 friends down here for a wedding and each couple had their own privacy with three bedrooms and separate bathrooms. Very close to all parts of the Key

Everything about the house was Great!!! One exception I would have to agree with a couple of people are the beds. My husband and I stayed in the room downstairs and the bed was very noisy, my in-laws stayed in the room upstairs and said the center of the bed had a hump in it if the had more than 2 feet between them. Again, would love to stay there again.

Great property

Convenient location. House was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Would stay again next trip to Key West. One suggestion would be to add ceiling fans to the front porch since that is where we spent most of our evenings.

Overall, good property, in a decent location. Some comfort additions would make it great.

We liked the condo location on Stock Island, it was close to several great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also close to Boca Chica, where our son is stationed, so we used that beach for paddle boarding and kayaking. The pool was also a great amenity. Since it was upstairs, downstairs, the air conditioning had to be freezing downstairs to ensure a comfortable temp upstairs. It is located on busy McDonald Street, so weekdays, moped and traffic wakes you up early (as well as the rooster - but that's common in Key West). Since we had six people, a larger dining table with six chairs would have been nice. Also, the outdoor table and chairs were too large for the porch, so we had trouble all gathering together for meals, but we made it work. Some key pieces in the kitchen such as a casserole pyrex dish would help as well as additional dish towels (2 not enough for large group). The mattresses and pillows on all three beds need updating for additional comfort. Two of the beds had squeaky mattresses. Decorated cute.

Owner's Response: All mattress have been replaced as we do yearly. This has been the only recent complaint. Noise is rarely a complaint as well. We love all feed back to make our next stay more enjoyable. Thanks,
