The owner of the property is Michael Reding. He is a Little Rock, Arkansas native who worked in Fayetteville for 3 years before finding another great job in Little Rock. It was extremely difficult to leave Fayetteville and his old neighborhood behind though! This was the first house he ever bought, and he has many fond memories in it.
Ginger Couch purchased this townhome in 2010
Read his description of why he loves this property, and perhaps you'll grow to like it also. "I wanted to be close to my neighbors, which this subdivision definitely provides. On any given evening you can go for a walk down the quiet streets of the neighborhood and see others out walking. Also I loved walking my dog at the nearby Lake Fayetteville trail system and the IAMS dog park in southwest Fayetteville. The nearby restaurants are a new addition that have been great- Apple Blosson Brewery has a great selection of craft beers and food. I also value having the Fayetteville Athletic Club only one block away. It was a wonderful resource to keep me in shape!"
Can't wait to stay here again! Beautifully decorated, well laid out for a large group and the kitchen has everything you need. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy as well. A fantastic home away from home for a long weekend in Fayetteville!
The house is 5 star all the way: location and accessibility, spaciousness, clean and well appointed. We were a group of 8 and had plenty of room. All of us were in awe when we first walked in. Just loved it and we will be back. Ginger is a great property manager and was available to us for questions. Great stay.
We rented this adorable house for Memorial Day weekend. It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. It is decorated to a T and the neighborhood is lovely. We enjoyed walking our dogs through the streets lined with other houses that all have gorgeous landscaping. The property manager, Ginger, is very responsive!! Perfect rental!!
We were coming to Fayetteville for a concert at the Walmart Amp.I needed a dog friendly place. And we found this beautiful house. It was like new. Nicely decorated. And the neighborhood is so pretty. The side yard is enclosed so I did not have to worry about taking my small dog out. There is a garage. The house has everything you need for a nice stay. And there are lots of things to do nearby. We hope to come back soon!
I'd give this beautiful, upscale, spacious, peaceful townhome 10 stars if I could. Every detail is attended to. The furnishings, decor and artwork are all chosen with thoughtfulness and care. The townhome is immaculate and fresh. The colors, fabrics, and surfaces are sophisticated and restful. The property owner, manager, and house cleaner are all totally professional, responsive, and courteous and genuinely want their guests' stay to be the best it can be. I travel often and this is one of my new favorite rentals. I will schedule my return to Fayetteville around this rentals' availability. Beautiful garden, porch, patio, and deck. Fabulous location in a very special town. Close to it all but tucked into a quiet, beautiful, charming neighborhood. Superb experience.
We stayed in this home for a month during a home remodel, and it couldn't have been more homey. The Master bedroom on the first floor is nice, and there is plenty of room upstairs for kids. The beds are all really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location. We liked being so close to the Fayetteville Trails System. From the property, you can ride your bike all the way to Bentonville or Dickson Street! You can stop at Apple Blossom Brewery (one block from home) for their amazing cheese fries (and maybe a local microbrew) after your ride.
Easy check in and out. Very clean. Pictures shown are accurate. Great communication with owner.
