I'm retired from a Fortune 500 company as a Sales Manager. I've lived in Louisvile for many years. I've traveled to various places in North and South America. I've traveled to Europe and several islands. I'm a Christian woman who believes in honesty and good will. I enjoy helping people to achieve their ultimate travel experience. I do that by creating a warm, clean, safe stay

in my home offering the comforts of home. When choosing a place to stay during your travels can be very changleing, never quite knowing what to expect. Beautiful home, beautiful location

Our knitting retreat was a great success due to the home we stayed in. It was clean, kitchen was well supplied, airy sunporch, and plenty of room for 7 women to sit around and knit together. We took several walks around the quiet neighborhood every day and greeted a few friendly neighbors. Ann met us on the first day and had a very welcome notebook of information for our use of the home and Louisville. We enjoyed it so much that we are seriously considering coming back next year instead of looking for a different location for our spring retreat. I highly recommend Ann and her home.

More than perfect.... will reserve for next year

First, when we arrived in that beautiful neighborhood we were thinking the adress wasn't good then we park at the house and Ann the owner was there.. Simply woww and woww everything was perfect we stay there four 4 nights, beds, kitchen, living-room, bathrooms etc everything was extra clean and more than we can expect, more, no noise that place is extra quiet no traffic, and in 4 days we saw only 2 neighbors.

If you look for a place to relax in family or with friends that's the place.

P.S. i'm not giving the date we were there because i want the place for next year. ;)

Great Place, Great Location, Great Hostess

My wife, family pet and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home for a week and completely enjoyed our stay. Our hostess was there to greet us and gave us a tour. From that point on, we were left alone. Location was very convenient to a lot of shopping, places to eat, but was located in a quiet neighborhood. It was all is was advertised to be. This is a place to stay when you visit Louisville. Ann was the perfect hostess! Thanks for allowing us to share your home.

Very Comfortable Home

We have stayed in many VRBO properties, but this one was one of the best. The home is very spacious and we spent New Years in this home. There was everything we needed for entertaining and we had plenty of room for our over-night guests. The pictures are very accurate and Ann, the owner, was very accommodating. I will stay here again on my visits to Louisville. It is convenient to any of your needs as far as shopping and entertainment.

Great location, very clean.

Stayed for a holiday weekend with my family. House was very clean and peaceful. Ann met us upon arrival and was very easy to work with from booking to departure. She truly opens up her home. Kitchen is well stocked. Good location close to shopping but in a quiet neighborhood.I would definitely recommend this home.

This listing is located in a park like setting. Lots of trees and nicely kept lawns. Surrounded by 4 & 5 star restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, cinemas and more, all in a less than one mile radius. Very easy access to expressways leading in any direction you would like to take. This home is nicely decorated with bright soft colors , and very clean, with a open floor plan perfect forpentertaining. There are updated appliances in the kitchen and beautiful front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is a whirlpool bath tub with shower in the bathroom that is located directly off the bedroom. The large upstairs bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size , along w/ a full and twin air mattress.The second bedroom has a twin bed.

Ceiling fans in every room creating perfect air circulation. There is a gas fireplace in the livingroom that has a wall switch for easy turn on and off. There is a two car garage to park only one car , other side can be used for storage. Very nice driveway that is only a few steps to the front door, making it easy for packages or groceries carry in.
