I'm retired from a Fortune 500 company as a Sales Manager. I've lived in Louisvile for many years. I've traveled to various places in North and South America. I've traveled to Europe and several islands. I'm a Christian woman who believes in honesty and good will. I enjoy helping people to achieve their ultimate travel experience. The uniqueness of this listing have several components. It is bright with lots of sunlight beaming through the sunroom Windows and through the hose. Great condo in very convenient location!

My family and I was attending a four day conference at the KFC YUM! Center in Louisville. This condo was conveniently located near the interstate where it only took us 15 minutes to get to the conference. There are a plethora of restaurants and retail stores and even a recreational park for the kids within five minutes of the condo. Mrs. Ann met us at check-in and told us everything we needed to know about her place. If you are looking to go to Louisville, this condo is a must for you to check out!

Great location

My family stayed here for the Louisville Ironman. The space was perfect...large kitchen, family room, master bedroom on the main level. The location is very close to the expressway which made it very easy to get to downtown Louisville. The neighborhood is quiet, nice and very walkable. Also, there is plenty of shopping and dining close by. The house was very clean, yet We did find the house to be more of an airbnb as the owners personal belongings were throughout the house. We book through vrbo quite often and find that most places we rent are free of owner's belongings...especially in the kitchen, as there was no space to store our groceries.

Not Like Home

Potential travelers beware. Ok...so here is the breakdown. So I booked this condo stay months in advance. I asked all of the pertinent questions that pertained to my stay. The owner did not answer all of my questions until she had received full payment for the actual days that we would be staying. Further, we received a call from the owner asking what time that we would be there. Hard questions to answer due to having other activities going on and not planning on shortening them due to the inquiry. The owner became upset due to not receiving a definitive answer and hung the phone up on me. Wow! That was rude. Upon arrival we entered into a well kept home that was tastefully decorated and clean. However, we were not informed that the owner still lives in the premises (though absent at the time). We were not informed that the owner allowed pets. My daughter has allergies and was suffering the entire time at the property. Also, some of the furnishings were not kid friendly. To much glass....Checkout was odd as well. We were required to put away all the dishes and strip the sheets off of the beds. Why charge me a cleaning fee then? Lastly, we could not even use regular garbage bags for trash. She provided little handled plastic grocery bags, even though there were the regular type sitting in the drawer. All the rest of our communication with the owner was purely through text messaging because she would not answer the phone as was the case in our initial contact before arrival. What happened to your rhetoric about enjoying meeting new people. Seems fake to me. I found our visit to this property to be less than inviting. Nor was it welcoming as promoted. We will never stay there again.

Owner's Response: The one true statement you made was the condo was clean and nice. Travelers understand when they rent that rules exist and properties are owned and sometimes occupied by owners. Owners open their homes to travelers with the hope the traveler will have a wonderful stay. All previous guest did have a pleasant stay. My guest always give an estimated time of arrival. Why? I like to meet them ,show them around, give information about the neighborhood , property and answer question. It is the responsibility of the traveler to inquire about any health situation that may be connected to the property. You never asked one question before booking. You seemed totally unaware you had rented the property. Which I found odd. It's obvious that your needs would have been better served in a hotel. My goal is and has always been to present a clean , neat property with clean and comfort beds, clean towels, towel paper, bathroom tissues, appliances and an attractive inviroment. Based on my ratings, most quest agree.

Great home in Louisville

Great property, clean and well labeled for convenience. Nice quiet neighborhood near shopping and restaurants in a newer subdivision. Helpful owner. Only had a small problem with the wifi and she came right over and fixed it. We would stay there again.

This listing is located in a park like setting. Lots of trees and nicely kept lawns. Surrounded by 4 & 5 star restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, cinemas and more, all in a less than one mile radius. Very easy access to expressways leading in any direction you would like to take. This home is nicely decorated with bright soft colors , and very clean, with a open floor plan perfect forpentertaining. There are updated appliances in the kitchen and beautiful front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is a whirlpool bath tub with shower in the bathroom that is located directly off the bedroom. The large upstairs bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size , along w/ a full and twin air mattress.The second bedroom has a twin bed.

Ceiling fans in every room creating perfect air circulation. There is a gas fireplace in the livingroom that has a wall switch for easy turn on and off. There is a two car garage to park only one car , other side can be used for storage. Very nice driveway that is only a few steps to the front door, making it easy for packages or groceries carry in.
