The uniqueness of this listing have several components. It is bright with lots of sunlight beaming through the sunroom Windows and through the hose. On a moon lit night the moon can be seen from the comfort of the sofa and upstairs bedroom creating a cozy feeling. All beds are enclosed in a zipped bug free mattress bag. Weekend in Louisville

4 of us came for a concert Friday night and stayed the weekend to enjoy Louisville. Ann's home is beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. We took Ubers into the city and the fare from her house was about $20 (non-peak). Her home is close to shopping, very safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, beautiful, accommodating, perfect spot in Louisville!

Ann's home was beautiful and large enough to accommodate our group of seven adults. Her home was located perfectly in between the places we went. Ann took care of an issue that we had quickly. She was very pleasant to work with.

Perfect Setting

This place was everything it advertised. The home was comfortable and homey. The neighborhood was great, we enjoyed walking down White Blossom drive. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay

Ann and her townhouse were both equally lovely. Clean and comfortable. Close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. I will rent her place again when I return to Louisville.

Exceeded all expectations

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, immaculately clean, artistically decorated, yet comfortable and cozy, home. It is located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and freeways for quick transit to anywhere in Louisville. The owner is a kind, welcoming, generous host. We would absolutely stay in this home again.

Great fit for our needs

This home worked perfectly for our group of 7. We were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Ann was very welcoming and accommodating to our schedule. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

This listing is located in a park like setting. Lots of trees and nicely kept lawns. Surrounded by 4 & 5 star restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, cinemas and more, all in a less than one mile radius. Very easy access to expressways leading in any direction you would like to take. This home is nicely decorated with bright soft colors , and very clean, with a open floor plan perfect forpentertaining. There are updated appliances in the kitchen and beautiful front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is a whirlpool bath tub with shower in the bathroom that is located directly off the bedroom. The large upstairs bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size , along w/ a full and twin air mattress.The second bedroom has a twin bed.

Ceiling fans in every room creating perfect air circulation. There is a gas fireplace in the livingroom that has a wall switch for easy turn on and off. There is a two car garage to park only one car , other side can be used for storage. Very nice driveway that is only a few steps to the front door, making it easy for packages or groceries carry in.
