Master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, attached bath, 37inch LED TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and lights to provide improved air circulation and lighting. Night bed stands also have lamps and alarm clocks. The comfortable and fully stocked kitchen opens up to the living and dining areas and features gorgeous cabinetry, huge peninsula granite countertop which offers counter seating, and ample pantry space to accommodate your grocery supplies. The living room features a leather sofa sectional with recliner and queen sleeper bed (pic not updated), 45 inch LED HDTV mounted above the wood burning fireplace complimented by Free Showtime (channels 209-222), a DVD player and video library for viewing from the kitchen, dinning room and living room. Free firewood is located on the deck just outside the dinning room. The entrance has a sit down bench as well as storage for ski / fishing equipment. A small supply of games and books are provided for those rainy days. Horizons 4 Condominiums Resort features a year-round spa and dry sauna, seasonal heated pool (Memorial Day- Labor Day), a tennis court, and a recreational room with a pool table, ping-pong table, and arcade games. Centrally located in the middle of town, the town's free shuttle system is just steps from the condo or a you can walk to the Vons shopping center, several restaurants (our favorite is Roberto's), or the movie theater, in just a couple minutes!
Our Condo home #165 is meticulously updated and cared for as if we are living there as we visit several times a year. Centrally located in the resort it is just across from the BBQs and picnic area under the pine trees and far enough away from the road for a quiet nights rest. Parking for two vehicles is just steps away from your door making it easy to unpack and start your vacation. We set nightly pricing based upon 4 guests with an additional guest charge of $10/nt greater than 4 to cover extra costs for linens and utilities.
