Welcome to Our Lakefront Paradise!! We have a roomy 2 bedroom, one bath suite with a kitchen nook that has a small custom coffee bar and full size sink. There are two entrances to your suite....One right from your own private parking, and the other entrance/exit takes you right to your grill/firepit area. You'll have an extra large brand new deck with an amazing view of Beaver Lake and the surrounding Ozark Mountains where you can relax and soak in our 6-person hot tub. The sunsets are to die for and they change with each passing minute (keep your camera handy)!! The large master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a long antique sofa. There is even a bookcase stocked with books for your reading pleasure. Although, when you sit up in bed and find yourself staring right out onto these beautiful lake views....it's hard to want to stick your nose in a book. The smaller bedroom is currently set up as a sitting room with two twin beds (easily converts to a king bed) and a 48inch LED TV, Blu Ray player, and DISH satellite TV service....the fireplace under the tv will keep you warm and toasty on those cool evenings in the fall and winter. The full bathroom has a pedestal sink and bath/shower combination including all of the essential toiletries for our guests. Beaver Lake and Ozark Mountain views from each room!! Our custom coffee bar provides a Keurig coffee brewer, toaster, compact fridge, and microwave for your use. Each additional guest will be $25 per person, per night (maximum of 4 guests). This suite is nestled into the side of the mountain with windows in the treetops for a very peaceful and quiet setting. This is the only suite on the property, so you will have absolute privacy. Bring your swim suits and soak in the hot tub or just sit out on the deck in a hammock and watch a gorgeous sunset as you relax or walk down and take a dip in the beautiful clear emerald lake waters. As you enjoy your adventures in the historic Eureka Springs, don't forget that your sunset/moonlight on the lake awaits your return. The night sky is not something you'll want to miss here!!! A Beautiful Treasure, fantastic outdoor living.
We had an amazing time! This beautiful treasure was clean, has comfortable sleeping accommodation for four, well air conditioned, unbeatable outdoor living space, a simple to use propane grill, a wonderful hot tub and a nice dock we enjoyed swimming off of. The owners were delightful and very accommodating. They are not exaggerating when they say the view is incredible. We only have one little suggestion and that is to add a little bigger fridge. We got by just fine with a cooler chest with ice though. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Stan and Andrea.
The accommodations were nice and clean. The view was beautiful. This unit is in the lower level of someone's home so be aware of that fact. Some people may not care for that. I wish the kitchen would have been a little more spacious and maybe a stove and more counter space. A toaster would have been quicker and more simple than a toaster-oven. A bigger refrigerator would have come in handy as well. The owner's were very helpful. You can't beat the price for such a lovely view.
We like to be outside and this property had a wonderful deck with nice view of the lake.
For us this was a great location. Great deck and hot tub with nice view of the lake. We also thought the bed here was just right for us. This is something we rarely find away from home. Kudos to owners for that. We enjoyed our time here!!!
Don't Hesitate, Book now!
The fabulous view is just the first thing you'll love about this place. It was so comfortable and cozy, we had no needs that weren't met. The host is a wonderful guy, very friendly (we did not have a chance to meet the wife). It was quiet, we saw so much wildlife, and the hot tub was amazing! It's a little tricky to find if you rely on GPS, I'd suggest printing directions. Also, part of 187 is closed until December 2018, so be prepared with an alternative route. We hated to leave, this place was just what we needed after a rough six months. My husband and I were able to enjoy everything in private, so don't worry about the hosts living upstairs. I would book again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us.
Best view of lake and great hot tub...very nice host
Minimal accommodations so plan to grill out on the porch or eat out as no cooking area other than microwave and little toaster oven. Had to sit on twin bed to watch tv at night, queen bed o.k. But king would be better. This all isn’t necessarily bad...especially if weather is great and you are outdoors except to sleep or have a simple breakfast...which we normally do. We had a lot of rainy weather so it turned out to not work so well for us.
Hot tub and views were amazing! Cozy and comfortable - I would recommend.
We had them make the TV room up into the King bed set up. I don’t recommend it for a couple. Two beds pushed into one is what you’d expect with a gap in the middle. We think the mattresses were different because they weren’t the same height or level of comfort. The queen bed was memory foam - nice!
The part in the description talking about the bathroom included with “all nessesary toiletries” for us only TP, liquid hand soap and a hairdryer. I mistakenly thought that’d include shampoo, bar soap, etc. We lost an hour in our day driving out to buy those items (please note: we contacted the owners to ask about bar soap. They’d already left for the day. They did bring us a bar of soap later in the day).
There is no WiFi here, which is fine but cell reception in the area is spotty so come prepared. Know where you’re going and what you’re doing because searching for things will be a challenge.
We did enjoy our stay. Our hosts were very nice. They were quiet and didn’t disturb us. We ate breakfast on the porch overlooking the lake. We saw a bunch of deer (and a few cats - we will miss you too Marty!) and watched the sun set from the hot tub. Thank you!!
We are located close to the end of Mundell Rd......just a couple of minutes to Starkey's Marina where you can rent a boat! There are also multiple boat slips in the area if you would like to bring your own.
