Why We Chose Heritage Harbour?

Location, location, location. The location on the water couldn't be better and geographically has the best of both worlds -- a lovely quiet lake view overlooking hole #5 that is also centrally located near everything you need. The house itself is full of light, spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the Gulf Coast - convenient to Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Venice and Sarasota. You can create the Florida vacation of your dreams -- it is all nearby!

The Unique Benefits at this House:

It is a great place to hang out in, whether you like to swim, sun, take saunas, bird watch, boat, kayak, paddle board or barbecue, and is also a great jumping off point for trips to parks and beaches. There are also loads of cultural activities a few minutes away in Bradenton (Riverwalk, museum, performing arts center), and Sarasota is a reasonable trip as well. The outlet mall is 7 miles away where incredible bargains can be found and we are also 7 miles away of the brand new University Mall in Sarasota. We have taken great care to furnish and stock this house with everything to make you go 'wow' and like us, you'll never want to leave!

Be Prepared to Be Impressed!!!

  • 5 of 5

It's true...Don't waste your time searching for anything else.. This house is the perfect little vacation spot. The landlords are awesome and the property and house are well kept and very clean. The house is much bigger than it appears in pictures and has a couple of great screened patios to relax on. You are about 20 mins to the closest beach and less than 5 to the Marina. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. We had no complaints and completely enjoyed our stay. Book it! You won't be disappointed.

People... stop looking and book this place!

  • 5 of 5

Seriously... don't waste your time looking for anything else. You can't beat the accommodations or the price!

This home is situated in a beautiful residential subdivision, which is walking distance to the historical park, river and marina. We happened to be there on a weekend when there was a Seafood Festival at the local park. We spontaneously went and caught '38 Special' in concert there! It's away from the 'hub-bub' of Florida, which is what we wanted, but close enough to beaches and islands (20-30 minute drive) that we were able to visit different spots each day.

The pictures are accurate, but don't do the home justice... it's more spacious than it looks. Our family of four (two adult children traveled with us) had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were super comfy. My son slept on the futon without realizing it was a futon (lol) and said it was very comfortable. The two big televisions were great too. Internet was high speed, even with all four of us on it at once. There is an outdoor dining space and small backyard with a fire pit (we didn't use it, but liked the availability). Front load washer and dryer were in the garage and worked perfectly.

The owners were always quick to respond and went the extra mile to make our arrival inviting. We appreciated the lock on the door was customized to just us so there was no worry about anyone else entering.

We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great place to have a great family vacation!

Wonderful vacation property!

  • 5 of 5

We found this property to be Great. Looks like a small cottage on the outside but is a large three bedroom house. Very comfortable and nicely equipped. Would easily handle 5 or 6 persons. Owners are very helpful and ready to respond to any problem that may come up. We would certainly not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone wishing to rent in the Palmetto/Bradenton area.

Amazing

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved this house. From the moment we pulled into the driveway and saw the landscaping we knew this property was very well taken care of. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and then some. We were very impressed!!! We already have plans to reserve this house for our next stay in Palmetto. Thank you Ann and Ben for having such a beautiful place.
