The modern, spacious apartment (88m2, built in 2005) invites you to linger: on the spacious balcony (23m2) with lovely view of Lake Thun and the mountains of the Bernese Oberland with the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The apartment is very quiet. Depending on the season is even the observation of wild animals is possible (deer, foxes, chamois, ibex). The living area is cozy. Contributing to the visible roof structure and the comfortable chair and sofa. The TV set (cable TV and DVD player) and stereo radio offer you the opportunity to see and hear what you like.

Modern Kitchen: In the modern kitchen, the preparation of large and small meals is easy. It has a granite worktop and is equipped with a large fridge (incl. Freezer), ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Even the dishes for a real Swiss fondue is available.

Unique Architecture: From the garage or carport, you get even in bad weather with dry feet and easily accessible by lift to the apartment.

Beatenberg is a wonderful sun terrace in the Bernese Oberland. The view of Lake Thun and the mountains (particularly the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau) is unique. The world-famous town of Interlaken is 15km, from there the Attractions Grindelwald, Wengen and Mürren are easily accessible and of course the Jungfraujoch, the höchte station in Europe: Top of Europe.

The rental was as listed. We had a beautiful view. It was so peaceful. We really loved the location. A little hard to find at first, roads are narrower than we are used to. We absolutely loved our time there, it was the favorite part of our vacation

Fantastic!

The chalet was very well appointed with an exceptional view of lake Thun and the Alps. We enjoyed Beatenberg for hiking. The hosts were easy to communicate with and made every effort to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this apartment!!!!

The property was neat and clean and the elevator was an added bonus.

We recently stayed in this Beatenberg apartment. As other reviews stated - the view was magnificent. We had rain 2 out of the 5 days we were there - but even that didn't make our stay any less special. The low cloud cover viewed off the deck was just as wonderful as the days it was sunny and we could see all of the surrounding mountains, Lake Thun and Interlaken. Hearing the cow bells below us was an added pleasure. We were able to knock off all the areas of interest on our bucket list that we wanted to see. The roads up were pretty twisty - but to get that view was worth it. And after all we WERE in Switzerland and the mountainous area is a given.

The apartment was super clean, with everything provided that was promised. The relaxing music CD's were great with dinner every evening. The small grocery store in Beatenberg had all the basic staples needed plus delicious bakery items we didn't.

We would rent this apartment again in a heartbeat.

Perfect apartment with fantastic view

One of the best apartments we have ever been. Absolutely clean, looks like totally new, with good design and fantastic view to the lake and mountains. We found everything we need there and all in perfect condition: kitchen fully equipped, comfortable beds, towels, hair dryer, washing and drying machine, elevator and garage for the car. And chocolates and coffee capsules were waiting for us on our arrival :)

Also the location is perfect to explore all the area. We did not want to leave it!

A superb apartment with a wonderful view

We really enjoyed our stay, and thought the house was excellent. Everything was to a very high standard.

We found the house spotlessly clean, and very well equipped.

The house is nicely decorated, and the furniture and beds are comfortable.

We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet location with stunning views.

Magnificent views overlooking Lake and Mountains

Lovely place to stay. This was our first visit to Switzerland. Can not take eyes away from most beautiful views across the lake and mountains.You will find a clean, modern and well self catering property.

Very quite and relaxing location/environment.

We really enjoyed our stay there and would certainly love to go back again.
