Located in the Whistler Creek Village, this great location is only a 5 minute walk to Creekside Gondola. The Creekside Gondola accesses Whistler mountain during the winter and now in the summer for Mountain biking! The entire Condo was recently renovated in 2014. The Condo is a top floor, corner unit is very spacious has vaulted ceilings and an outside deck. The place is very private, quiet, clean, has great views, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, dish washer, flat screen, cable, hi speed wifi, swimming pool, hot tub, gym!
We enjoyed our stay. The location for skiing is great. Even though you drive to the lift or short convenient walk, there is a ton of parking at creekside even during busiest week!!! Also lift lines to get on mountain at creekside during busiest week were 10-15min Max while at exact same time in the village they were literally 2 hours. We made mistake of booking ski school in the village the first day and it was a massive 1 hour cattle call with the kids where they just processed them w number etc and seemed overwhelmed by the sheer quantity of them. Changed all to creekside for rest of stay and it was a 15min drop off dream. Took a few hours to get the house warm initially but otherwise we had no issues. Justin was good about being in communication with issues as they came up. Thanks was nice.
We stayed in this condo for 3 nights! Great location to creekside. A quick walk under the highway on the valley trail to the gondola! The unit was spacious, great layout.
Justin, owner, was very easy to communicate with and quick with responses.
This was an excellent home for a ski vacation, we will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend staying there for your ski vacation, we loved it.
The condo is on the 3rd floor (2 sets of stairs) which sounded like it would be more annoying than it was. We actually never went in through the lobby, instead just using the back door that leads right up the stairs to the condo. Kind of like a private entrance. The condo itself is quite spacious. The main floor has a very open layout with a wood burning fireplace. With 2 very active children, there was plenty of space for them to play when they weren't skiing. The beds were very comfortable and the master suite is quite spacious. The pictures are a very accurate representation of the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to eat at home when we wanted. And, there was event detergent for the washing machine!
The location is just across the street from the Creekside base lodge. There is a quiet paved path along the creek that takes you right to the gondola. We had a 6 yr old and 8 yr old with us and had no complaints about the walk. And, since you are going under the main road, you don't have to worry about a dangerous crossing. Whistler Village is an easy 5 minutes up the road if you want to get out and see some of the nightlife or shopping. We never had trouble parking when going over there for dinner. You can also get a great meal without even leaving the condo complex, Creek Bread pizza is right there and delicious.
The communication from the owner was excellent, he sent us everything we needed in advance of our stay from the wireless password to parking info. He also gave us his contact info to get in touch if we needed anything during our stay as well as contact for any maintenance issues.
