The first floor has a bathroom with a single vanity, shower, and commode. All towels and linens are provided.

Also on the first floor is a fully furnished kitchen to make and serve meals. The kitchen includes an apartment sized range and refrigerator, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes. utensils, pots & pans, etc. In addition, the kitchen features a small bar and bar stools.

Upstairs is a large master bedroom that features a spacious walk-in closet, a desk, a queen size bed, 2 night stands, and a book shelf. The master bedroom overlooks Lilly Lake. There is a smaller bedroom that features a twin sized bed and chest of drawers.
