Villa Sandsation is a beautiful 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home, one of the bathrooms being a pool bath. The pool and spa are electrically heated and Villa Sandsation has western rear exposure guaranteeing for those amazing Florida sunsets. The oversized patio area offers plenty of space for under truss dining as well as lounge chairs. Enjoy amazing water views over a wide canal. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Sandsation is located in the in the most desirable Southwest of Cape Coral, close to Cape Harbour with numerous dining options as well as high end shopping opportunities.

Villa Sandsation is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation, such as beach chairs, beach towels, washer & dryer, high-speed internet, bicycles, kayaks, etc

Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.

An energy allowance of $25.00 is included per week. Additional usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

Wir haben noch nie ein so gut eingerichtetes Haus/Wohnung gehabt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt empfehlen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Beautiful Getaway

This home was exactly as advertised, it was clean, beautiful and in a quiet gorgeous neighborhood. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed fishing from the dock. Nadja was so easy to work with. There are several very good restaurants close as well as grocery stores. We would definitely stay there again.

Nivce House, great location

Fine house, location great. Really clean, except for the fridge, but Nadja (Property management) fixed and even got us a discount! House is really clean, well equiped (bikes, canoes etc) . Outside area is a bit older, but clean/fresh and 6 deckchairs and lots of towels! Too bad the cozy chairs (as in the pictures) weren't there. Overall we enjoyed the place and the great service!
