The Pompidou Centre and Rambuteau metro station are a 10-minute walk away, whilst Charles de Gaulle Airport is an easy commute. Stylish furnishings and original artworks adorn this contemporary apartment, with large floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light. This modern apartment in Paris features spacious and comfortable communal areas, including an open-plan living space and dining room. For centuries the home to Parisian aristocracy, the Marais is very centrally located on the right bank of the Seine and spans the 3rd and 4th arrondissements. Today, it is one of the capital's most desirable districts to call home – and with its mix of twisting little streets, ancient squares, historic buildings and lively bars and restaurants it is not hard to see why. This area allows a visitor to step back in Parisian history simply by roaming the quaint neighborhood. The smell of the freshly baked challah from the Pletzl, Paris' Jewish Quarter, wafts over the cobblestoned streets. Do not miss a stroll round the majestic Place des Vosges or the Musée Picasso. All of Paris is accessible from this special apartment. As an added treat, just a few blocks away, you will find one of the best Parisian pastry shops - La République Pâtissière.

Fantastic Property in Arr 16

Overall we were very happy with our stay in this beautiful apartment. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds comfortable. The kitchen was updated with all of the appliances that we needed. And two bathrooms!! I searched a long time to find reasonably priced accommodations with two separate bathrooms. Arr 16 is much more quiet than Arr 1 thru 6; however the location of this apartment turned out to be quite convenient. From the nearest MRT station, we were able to access destinations all over town. There are also a number of excellent cafes within 2 blocks. Plus, 3 of the most iconic sights in Paris are within easy walking distance of the apartment. Now, just a couple of suggestions. First the apartment was stocked much better than many of the homes we have rented in our international travels. Surprisingly though, only one roll of toilet paper was supplied for an 8 day stay. Minor detail, but surprising. Secondly the WiFi modem is very touchy and will lose connectivity with the main server daily. There is an easy fix, but I had to figure it out myself since the available internet support could not give me the correct solution. To fix this problem, there is an On/Off button located on top of the modem. Press it once, and the power to the modem is turned off. Leave it off for 30 seconds. Press the button again turning the modem on and the modem does a "hard reset". It does take about 15-20 minutes to return to full connectivity. If you do this every morning, your internet will be fine. Keep in mind, these are just minor suggestions to help other vacationers out. We were very comfortable in this this apartment & would recommend it to our friends.

Due to our buildings regulations, we do have a mandatory insurance damage waiver which is $50 and covers up to $3000 worth of damage during your stay. Payment can be made via a VRBO/Home Away Secure method with a deposit of 25% at the time of booking and full payment due 30 days before check-in. We cannot guarantee the dates until the deposit is made. Our cancellation policy states that if you cancel one month before arrival, the deposit will be returned minus a $100 processing fee. In the case of cancellation, after full payment is made and within one month of arrival, we will refund the entire amount only if we successfully re-book all of the nights of the reserved dates.
