We had an enjoyable 10 day visit in late May during the Memorial weekend. Accommodations for our group of 4 were great. We ended up cooking/grilling a majority of the time and found everything we needed in a well stocked kitchen. On the cold and rainy days, we were able to take advantage of the sizable DVD library. It was also nice being 10-15 mins from Ely for groceries and other activities.
We enjoyed sitting on the deck soaking in the view of the lake and surrounding scenery. Fishing was a bit challenging but then again it was our first time visiting this lake and we aren't hard core fisherman.
Although the owners made us feel welcome and were very accommodating, they were on-site staying in the guest cabin and working in the garage/yard half of the time we were there which made it a little uncomfortable.
Overall we had a great visit and would recommend to other travelers.
