Our fun 3BR, 1.5 bath El Segundo house (Sleeps 6) is located in a fantastic location only a block from Main St. and a mile from the beach! Easily commute to downtown Los Angeles or the airport.
Looking for fun in the sun? Grab your boogie board! Just a 1-mile walk, or a short 5-minute drive, and you’re on the golden shore of the West Coast. Spend the day relaxing by the sparkling ocean. The drive home is make your day at the beach with friends and family long and lazy!
When you return home, lounge in the shade of palm trees on your front porch with your favorite beverage. For more privacy, enjoy the back patio with outdoor seating for 6 overlooking a lush backyard area.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Our home features hardwood floors throughout, and plenty of room to kick off your flip flops and relax. Feel at home in a master bedroom: it has two large closets for your suitcases and a large flatscreen TV to watch while sprawled out on the king-sized bed. Guest bedrooms include one with a queen-size bed and one with a kid-ready twin bed and twin trundle (sleeps 2). More people in your party? The living room sofa converts to a queen-sized bed to sleep 2 more for a total of 6!
Freshen up after a day at the beach in our full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, or use our convenient powder room.
There’s double space for entertainment with 2 living room areas! Walk right into the main living area that includes seating for 6. Want to get cozier? The smaller living room features 2 couches (including the sofa bed for extra friends), flat-screen TV, and large windows overlooking the private backyard.

Very good location to see the city and go to the beach. Does not take hours like other locations and parking was very good to find. Although 1.5 bathrooms was good, it would be nice to have another full bath, but cant complain it was a nice residence! Everything is fully stocked, games, utensils, plates, towels, blankets, and washer. Definitely come again.
Stayed here with our family for Thanksgiving. This is a great location in LA, close to the beach and easily accessible to a lot of destinations on the Westside. Just minutes away from LAX too. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would love to come back.
Great location by Main Street. Short drive to Venice and Santa Monica. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of extras! towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils - cups bowls pots. Washer/dryer. 3 rooms/beds! 2 pull out couches 2 living rooms. Great for big group 6-10. House actually has 1.5 bathrooms which was good surprise for a large group of us. I suggest only renting house during "cooler" months since there is no A/C in house. Heater works fine. Starbucks down the road.
This little bungalow was a great home away from home. Supplied are towels and hair dryers, etc. Lots of utensils & cooking supplies are available. In a great location close to LAX & fits 6 people very comfortably. Within close driving distance of grocery stores, cafes & restaurants. We were there for the CrossFit Games & it was a great location close to StubHub. The only downside was that it was not equipped with air conditioning & for a bunch of Canadians, we had a hard time dealing with the California heat in the middle of July!
We stayed here for 6 days recently. Liked the city of El Segundo and the location of the house was convenient and easy to find. House was clean and very nicely decorated and had all the necessary kitchen supplies to cook meals if desired. Could step it up in the way of normal supplies like toilet paper (only 1.5 rolls out, but we did find a stash in a tote In a closet so we didn't need to buy any). Some of the lights were burned out or missing or just not plugged in (lamps). These things were minor and probably the cleaning service oversights and not a reflection on the house itself. We weren't sure if he house has a/c or not, and if it did we never did figure out how to work it or maybe they have remote control of it. (Seemed like it). One thing we were disappointed in was that there is no cable tv in the house at all to watch local news, weather, or favorite tv shows. One tv in the master bedroom but no remotes worked for it to use the available Roku (to watch Netflix). The tv in the family room did work with the Roku. The planes from LAX were pretty consistent but didn't bother us at all when sleeping. There is a big dog right next door that was very friendly but did bark off and on throughout the day and night, and one neighbor had a loud gathering one night - both issues that are beyond the control of the house owner of course.. There is a 'back house' by the garage where a tenant lives and we didn't see them at all. So overall it's really just like living in your own neighborhood for the week but minus tv (and maybe a/c).
The house was very nicely decorated. In addition to having 3 bedrooms as advertised, the two living areas were very spacious and nicely appointed. El Segundo is a nice neighborhood and it is close to LAX.
