Our fun 3BR, 1.5 bath El Segundo house (Sleeps 6) is located in a fantastic location only a block from Main St. and a mile from the beach! Easily commute to downtown Los Angeles or the airport.

INSIDE THE HOUSE
Our home features hardwood floors throughout, and plenty of room to kick off your flip flops and relax. Feel at home in a master bedroom: it has two large closets for your suitcases and a large flatscreen TV to watch while sprawled out on the king-sized bed. Guest bedrooms include one with a queen-size bed and one with a kid-ready twin bed and twin trundle (sleeps 2). More people in your party? The living room sofa converts to a queen-sized bed to sleep 2 more for a total of 6!
Freshen up after a day at the beach in our full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, or use our convenient powder room.
There’s double space for entertainment with 2 living room areas! Walk right into the main living area that includes seating for 6. Want to get cozier? The smaller living room features 2 couches (including the sofa bed for extra friends), flat-screen TV, and large windows overlooking the private backyard.

Our family of four along with two friends were delighted with our stay at this El Segundo home. The house is located in a safe neighborhood walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, parks and the library. It was spotlessly clean with a spacious kitchen and bathroom. Having another half bath was nice with our group of 6.
My week in El Segundo was relaxing and fun! The house was plenty big enough for my family guests who arrived for the weekend. We had three bedrooms and a fold out hide a bed in the family room.
I loved the beach decor and the bright sunshine that filtered through the whole house.
We enjoyed the outdoor BBQ on the patio and the close proximity to great restaurants in town. The house was kid friendly and equipped with stroller, baby chair and portable crib. We had a fully stocked spice/cooking cabinet that made homecooking a breeze. My favourite perk was the gym (El Segundo Athletic Club)right down the back alley where I could get a workout in every am(they were very good about a good weekly rate, talk to Cam!).
The beach towns are nearby and we never had an issue of having to battle traffic.
This is the place I will return to on every trip I make to LA!!
Great place to stay in El Segundo! Convenient to everything! Great home base for trips to LA, Hollywood, Santa Monica. Locally to El Segundo and Hermosa beaches! LAX nearby but you are far enough away to be in a great community! Local restaurants, stores, churches and schools. Feels like home. Nice neighborhood too! I would highly recommend this home! 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with great living spaces, full kitchen washer and dryer. Back patio with grill and even an orange and a grapefruit tree! Ample room for a family to enjoy time inside as well serving as a base station for sightseeing excursions. San Diego was a couple hours away but all travel is Easton and off of freeways that are nearby. House was very well kept and very clean. Nice amenities and nicely stocked with everything you'd need to start your vacation right!
Very good location to see the city and go to the beach. Does not take hours like other locations and parking was very good to find. Although 1.5 bathrooms was good, it would be nice to have another full bath, but cant complain it was a nice residence! Everything is fully stocked, games, utensils, plates, towels, blankets, and washer. Definitely come again.
Stayed here with our family for Thanksgiving. This is a great location in LA, close to the beach and easily accessible to a lot of destinations on the Westside. Just minutes away from LAX too. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would love to come back.
Great location by Main Street. Short drive to Venice and Santa Monica. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of extras! towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils - cups bowls pots. Washer/dryer. 3 rooms/beds! 2 pull out couches 2 living rooms. Great for big group 6-10. House actually has 1.5 bathrooms which was good surprise for a large group of us. I suggest only renting house during "cooler" months since there is no A/C in house. Heater works fine. Starbucks down the road.
