Our fun 3BR, 1.5 bath El Segundo house (Sleeps 6) is located in a fantastic location only a block from Main St. and a mile from the beach! Easily commute to downtown Los Angeles or the airport.

Looking for fun in the sun? Grab your boogie board! Just a 1-mile walk, or a short 5-minute drive, and you’re on the golden shore of the West Coast. Spend the day relaxing by the sparkling ocean. The drive home is make your day at the beach with friends and family long and lazy!

When you return home, lounge in the shade of palm trees on your front porch with your favorite beverage. For more privacy, enjoy the back patio with outdoor seating for 6 overlooking a lush backyard area.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Our home features hardwood floors throughout, and plenty of room to kick off your flip flops and relax. Feel at home in a master bedroom: it has two large closets for your suitcases and a large flatscreen TV to watch while sprawled out on the king-sized bed. Guest bedrooms include one with a queen-size bed and one with a kid-ready twin bed and twin trundle (sleeps 2). More people in your party? The living room sofa converts to a queen-sized bed to sleep 2 more for a total of 6!

Freshen up after a day at the beach in our full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, or use our convenient powder room.

There’s double space for entertainment with 2 living room areas! Walk right into the main living area that includes seating for 6. Want to get cozier? The smaller living room features 2 couches (including the sofa bed for extra friends), flat-screen TV, and large windows overlooking the private backyard.

Cook as a team in a bright kitchen. There’s plentiful counter space. Then enjoy your meal in the open dining area with a table for 6!

Wonderful family vacation spot in El Segundo

Great place for families. Loved the two seating areas - front was great for conversation while the back was good for entertaining. Loved the dining room table as it provided space for plenty of guests. The backyard was very welcoming and all the windows across the whole house was a huge plus - I could tell where all family and guests were at all times. Central location to Gundo life. Will stay there again.

Clean cute home!

The home was really clean, and perfect for our family of 6. It was an ideal location. We would certainly stay here in the future. The home does not have air conditioning, which was not mentioned in the description. It wasn't a big deal, and there were plenty of fans, it just would have been nice to know ahead of time. The key pad is on the front door only, but with the parking space in the back, it would have been convenient if there was a keypad located on both doors.

Nice place to stay

A cheerful house in a good location. It had a nice living room and a nice family room. There was a nice area to eat outside complete with umbrella and grill. The beds were comfy. The location was good for us grandparents who were taking care of our 10 month old almost walking granddaughter. It is close to a green park (no playground equipment), a library, and a block off main street which had good coffee shops. The house wasn't as clean as it could have been for our crawling child, but OK. Our daughter left a load of clothes in the dryer and Turnkey management was excellent in getting those delivered to us. I would stay there again.

Great Location

Perfect location for a family getaway for my family of 5. We were flying out of LAX and decided to spend a couple days at the beach before we flew out. This home is not walking distance to a beach but it is walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Beach is a short drive away. Rock & Brews is a brewery down the street with a jungle gym in it for the kids! My 4 and 6 year olds love it, and so did my husband and I. I would stay here again. Only down side is the neighbors dog that barked all night the first night of our stay.

Very pleasant on a very quiet street. The house has a good amount of room with the addition in the back of a living/dining. Three bedrooms great for a family. One issue was a very uncomfortable bed in the third bedroom - mattress needs replacing!! A large German shepard next door periodically barking, and the owners should be told that he barks sometimes late at night but not constantly. A hedge on the back side to provide privacy from the other tenant would be nice. Kitchen counters could use an upgrade to granite.

Mid-Winter Retreat

Our family of four along with two friends were delighted with our stay at this El Segundo home. The house is located in a safe neighborhood walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, parks and the library. It was spotlessly clean with a spacious kitchen and bathroom. Having another half bath was nice with our group of 6.
