Our New Secret Paradise

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely LOVED this villa! I am almost hesitate to say all the good things it deserves bc we feel like we have a secret spot that we don't want anyone else to know about! We are a newly engaged couple 29 years of age. We loved having the bay in our backyard! My fiance LOVES to fish and that's why I ultimately chose it. We are still eating the fish he caught. We brought our kayaks and dropped them right in the water and tied them off to the dock. On this trip, he actually proposed to me on a tiny island in the middle of the bay after a day of kayaking :-) ALL of the surrounding houses were HUGE so we felt like we were living among the rich and famous haha. We saw so many animals and creatures. There were little lizards everywhere, we saw dolphins from our backyard, crazy long legged birds trying to steal our bait, sand dollars, seashells galore, ... the list goes on. The villa itself is way better in person. Its not winning any decorating awards but its nothing like the outdated photos listed. There were little small easy fixes/repairs that needed to be done but it in no way affected our enjoyment and at the affordable rate offered its hardly a complaint. The walk to the beach was fine for the 2 of us with no kids and no alot of stuff. I would recommend a beach cart. Being of the bay made up for it for us. Frank is AWESOME- super easy to talk to and he went over and beyond to accommodate us! Overall 5 Stars- we are SO looking forward to coming back!

Very Nice Experience

  • 5 of 5

My wife, son, daughter and I stayed at this Provincial garden villa for 7 days.

The area is very beautiful and peaceful. Fishing right from the yard!!!

The villa is nothing fancy, just very roomy, clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen and very comfortable beds. The Lanai is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. All one needs for the perfect vacation. The private beach and pool are unbelievable!!! The location is very convenient to siesta village and shopping areas.

The owner is fantastic to deal with and very helpful.

I would love to rent again and again. It was very hard to leave after such an enjoyable

experience. Thank you Frank!!!!!

Wonderful Villa...Close to everything!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed at this Provincial Garden villa for 10 days in May 2012. Located at end of a peaceful cul de sac, it was very quiet....we slept well. The unit was very clean and comfy furniture. The villa sits right on the Intercoastal waterway...We loved watching the boats go by all day, and at night, we would sit out on the lanai and enjoy the cool breezes, watch distant thunder, etc. The pool, which is not shown in the pictures, is SPECTACULAR!! It is a large pool with lots of loungers, and tables with umbrellas. The water is crystal clear and clean. Crescent beach is just a short walk past the pool....lounge chairs are available on the beach. Good restaurants abound....don't miss "Turtles" Restaurant at the south end of the Key...fabulous food and extremely reasonable ! Turtle Beach, a public beach, across the street, is marvelous as well....So glad I found this villa...would definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing villa

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed this villa very much. It was clean and in a very pretty and quiet location. The pictures do not show how large this unit is. The bedrooms are large and the living area is a nice size. Also it has a washer and dryer in the villa. The owner was easy to work with and and answered our many questions. I would recommend this villa to anyone. It is a short drive to the many beautiful public beaches. If we are ever back in this area we would want to rent this villa again.

Nice Quiet Condo with beautiful Bay View....

  • 5 of 5

Myself, my husband and 1 1/2 year old son stayed here in this condo last year for a week in April. It was clean, nicely decorated and we loved the bay view and lanai. We had many friends staying in the many overpriced beachfront condo's nearby and a few of the days it was rainy. They came over to fish with us off the bay wall behind our condo, play cards and just get away from all the hustle and bustle We had a wonderful time here during our stay in Siesta Key as well as slept peacefully each night because it was so quiet in this unit.
