Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, glassware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, microwave, coffee pot, electric oven/stovetop, and full refrigerator. Love-seat and dining table provided for 3, along with TV/DVD/Internet (internet is a shared service). Main sleeping loft features a king size bed and dresser. There is one full bathroom with shower; separate linen closet for sheets, towels and full bedding set. This studio/one bedroom apartment has all the amenities of home, cozy and warm decor, an ideal location, making this midtown property hard to beat! Onsite parking is provided. Apartment is located on the 1st floor of Triplex with 40 steps from the driveway to apartment.

Great location, great view, great set up! Owner was very easy to work with! Would rate ten stars if that was an option. Would definitely stay here again. It was perfect!

Clean, well furnished, short walk to everything

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The owner was very responsive to any communication or questions. I would stay here again and again.

It is a convenient walk to the necessities as well as the bus route, which is very user friendly. I used the bus route to get all over town for a month.

If you're willing to walk 25 or so minutes, you can get to the recreation center with an indoor pool, track, weight room, fitness classes, etc. A 5 minute walk up hill will get you to the "Ranbird trail" for some easy trail walking with but beautiful views.

convenient studio

This place was great. Wonderful location, easy to walk to town and a grocery store across the way. It was clean and had all the basic necessities. The owner was one of two who replied to many requests I made in Ketchikan and she was very kind and easy to work with. The view is incredible, I just wish the windows were bigger. I will book this place again.

I loved it!!
