This spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is just minutes to one of two beach access' with a pool, spa, tennis courts and shuffleboard on premises along with a community grill and fire pit area. This unit has everything you need for a relaxing week at the desired Marco South Beach. The Island movie theater, ice cream parlor and several restaurants are just a few minutes walk down the street. Go shelling while walking down the beach or take a boat tour to a shelling island!

Well worth it:)

Our group of friends and family came to Marco Island for a one week vacation. The rest of our group stayed in a luxury hotel, but we wanted to have a washer, dryer and kitchen, so we opted for a condo. The condo was clean, practical, and did the job perfectly and we payed far less for accommodations than we would have in the hotel. The condo was everything we expected. The only criticisms/suggestions we have are minor: The comforters on all the beds were thick and heavy. Consider replacing these with lighter comforters during the summer months and we also would have enjoyed softer, better quality bedsheets. Also the master bathroom toilet is sandwiched very tightly between the bathroom door and the shower so that area is quite small, but the double vanity sinks are outside the bathroom and are spacious. Closet and furniture space is more than adequate. There is also a bike rack on the property and we stored our rental bikes there. The free covered parking is also a huge benefit. Overall, we are really glad we opted to rent the condo, as we really made use of everything and had it felt much more like a home than a hotel room.

A Great Trip 2017!

We have been going to Marco Island for 25 years since my parents have been renting at Palm Isle for that period of time. Have seen much growth in that time obviously. Usually stay w/him or my sister who rents at Essex (which we did years ago, ironically). The experience at Grandview was FANTASTIC--clean & spacious(nicely remodeled)! The people we met all around the facility and especially around the grill @ 5-6:00 P.M. were very friendly and a lot of FUN! Would definitely consider again --if available.

Comfortable and convenient condo

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in this condo and only wished we could have stayed longer. The location was great. The condo was a short walk to the beach and a number of restaurants. The condo had all the amenities we needed and was comfortable.

Well appointed vacation condo

We stayed in this nicely renovated, very clean condo for 2 weeks and we're very happy. The condo was supplied with most everything you would need for meal prep, good size kitchen. Beds were very comfortable as was the living room seating. You can't beat this location, walk to the beach, shops, restaurants all within 5 minutes. It's not spacious but owners did a great job making sure renters would be very comfortable. I was disappointed when our time was up and I tried to rebook for 2018 but the owner had already taken a reservation for that period next year. Typically renters have the opportunity to rebook.

Excellent stay in perfect Grandview Condo

This unit is nicely updated and the location is great. I am very particular about cleanliness and have to say the condo was immaculate when we arrived. All furniture, appliances, and linens are good quality and in perfect condition. We booked easily thru Harborview Rentals and when we called about problem with storm door handle they got someone out the same day to repair. We didn't use the pool which was small but loved being so close to the beach. We walked to restaurants, shops, movie theater and ice cream shop - so convenient! And so much more just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Impeccable

This was my 2nd time visiting Marco Island. We stayed at Grandview. So impressed with our condo, I can't imagine staying in a resort again. Everything was pristine, clean and fully appointed . We walked right across the street to the beach, and anything we needed was within walking distance . There was an elevator and even carts downstairs to unload the car . Appliances and furniture are all new and plenty of space for everyone, closet space was good too. I would come back here again, in fact I'm booking again for my next visit.
