About Owner/Property Manager

After our 6 children have grown we decided it was time to chase a dream we have had for years. We were able to find a perfect ski home in a area we have visited for years.

Owner/Property Manager purchased this farmhouse in 2015

Great communication from the owners

  • 5 of 5

From beginning to end, the owners made sure we were all set with everything we needed to make our stay fabulous. Super comfy house with lots of room for our ladies get away weekend. we loved that everything was labeled; removed the guess work =] We had a great time at nearby Vermont Country Store too, spent all afternoon sampling cheese, fudge, jellies, and spreads and we bought some great toys there for the kids :^)

Perfect/Cozy

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this great cabin/farm house for a few days while we skiied at Okemo. We all loved it! it was much bigger inside than we thought it would be and the two full bathrooms were nice. This place had a lot of old charm combined with nice upgrades in the kitchen. We will definately rent again.

Goregous, huge and accomadating

  • 5 of 5

This place is really great. I rented it for 9 people for a ski birthday weekend. It was perfect! So close to the mountain! We were able to comfortably fit to lounge, cook and eat. Aside from that, the house is stocked with EVERYTHING you could need. To top it off, Wally and Dee Dee were very communicative and available for questions/issues. I would not only recommend but possibly fight you for a reservation next year! Truly a wonderful experience.

Quaint vintage cabin with modern amenities

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying at this house. Everything that should be old was and everything that should was updated. It has a beautiful new kitchen and great appliances! Very well stocked although I would suggest an ice cream scooper. Lol. The bathrooms were updated and very clean as was the whole house. The living room is large with plenty of room for people to sit and watch tv. Wifi worked well for Vermont and we were able to access our iPads from every room, which was important to my kids. It also had a great wood burning fireplace that had a blower to keep the house toasty warm. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house and would rent it again.

Amazing - The Quintessential Vermont Farm House

  • 5 of 5

The property was exactly what we expected and wanted in a historical Vermont farm house. The home is warm, cozy, and very comfortable and well stocked with everything you will need in a vacation rental home. The renovated kitchen is beautiful. The front porch, full size washer and dryer, and wood burning stove were perfect. We even got 14 inches of fresh snow during our stay which made everything extra special. DeeDee and Wally were excellent homeowners and hosts. Thanks for a great vacation. We look forward to returning the next time we are back in the area.

Charming and comfortable

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for a weekend in March and we loved the house. It is charming, cozy and comfortable. Everything you could need is available i.e. towels, blankets, kitchen supplies. The wood burning stove in the living room was great. There are plenty of couches to lounge in and plenty of rooms to sleep in. The owners were excellent and prompt with all communications. Although the weather this year wasn't favorable for skiing, Okemo is just a few minutes away. I would definitely return and would certainly recommend to others.
