Open floor plan. Spacious! Attention has been paid to every detail to ensure that your stay is flawless. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is much nicer in person.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL MONTH HERE IN NAPLES!

THE LOCATION IS PERFECT! JUST OFF OF 75, JUST A 10 MINUTE DRIVE DOWN IMMOCOLEE AND YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH, A SHORT DRIVE INTO DOWNTOWN NAPLES FOR THE EXCITEMENT, AND EASY ACCESSIBILITY TO SHOPPING A GREAT RESTAURANTS!

THE HOUSE WAS PLENTY SPACIOUS AND IN A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD. I LOVED WALKING EACH MORNING AND EVENING AND THE NEIGHBORS WERE FRIENDLY.

THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN WITH PLENTY OF AMENITIES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

The Ultimate Rental

We've been renting in Florida for 16 years and we finally found the perfect home to rent.

We loved the house; it was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully supplied. We enjoyed the privacy and the private pool. They even supplied beach towels.

The community was very friendly. We walked very day and were greeted with smiles by everyone. My husband loved fishing in the various " lakes". Linda, the owner, was very responsive to any needs and Lucy who monitored the house was wonderfully co-operative.

Wonderful vacation

Our stay at this home was beyond expectations. Clean, updated and exquisite decor, fully equipped, highly comfortable, and really private. And the 30 days of warmth and sunshine allowed us to use that beauty of a pool and lanai! The owners are gracious, so accommodating, and made us feel very welcome, and the site manager responded quickly to our questions, and offered good information. Carlton Lakes is a very well-maintained gated community, and convenient to everywhere in Naples. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Marvelous time staying at Waverly Green Way in North Napels

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa in Carlton Lakes. The area is very quiet and assessable to many restaurants and golf courses etc. we enjoyed having breakfast in the lanai and grilling in the evening by the heated pool, the month flew by. We had our daughter and son in law down for a week and everyone had plenty of room and privacy. The villa was very clean upon our arrival and Lucinda our local contact was a peach. She was very helpful explaining everything to us about the villa and points of interest. Overall We would highly recommend this villa, and we plan on renting here again next year.

Beautiful home to rent in a wonderful communtiy

From the moment we walked into this beautiful house, we felt right at home. The house is very comfortable with everything you need. Linda, the owner, is so lovely to work with and very accomodating. She sent us names of restaurants and places to visit which were so helpful.

Carlton Lakes is in a great location and provides so many ammenties. There are miles of sidewalks for walking, jogging or biking. We thoroughly enjoyed daily walks through the community.

We definitely would rent this house again because it was perfect for us!!
