We are New Yorkers who love the Floridian life. Recently purchased this property and cannot get enough of it. Unfortunately with 2 kids in school, we don't get to Rapallo as often as we would like and decided to make it available to others to enjoy. This is our vacation home and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Location! Being able to walk to Coconut Point Mall and only 10 minutes away from the most beautiful sunsets at Barefoot Beach is a huge benefit. Only a quick 20 minute ride in to Naples or Sanibel makes each trip special. Finally, Rapallo's impeccably kept grounds and inviting amenities is truly resort living at it's best.
We spent two months at this location and highly recommend it. Vincent was easy and delightful to work with and flexible when one of us needed time to recover from the flu before traveling. His home is beautifully decorated and the mattresses were very comfortable (so important!). The view from the condo is gorgeous, looking out to the east across the lake. We really enjoyed watching the many waterfowl, the sunrises, the lit fountains and the full moon reflecting on the lake. The condo is conveniently located near the clubhouse with the many amenities and walking around the walking trail with the well maintained landscaping was a daily treat as well. The community is absolutely charming - you feel it the moment you pass through the secured gates. My sister enjoyed it so much that she decided to buy a place there - a high compliment for sure. The closeness to Coconut Mall was an added benefit as we could just walk over for movies and dinner.. You won't be sorry!

$40 Access Card is required per person. This is paid by you directly to the management office upon arrival.
A non-refundable 2.9% transaction processing fee will be assessed when using credit cards.
The $100 Association Fee is non refundable if booking is canceled.
