Imagine enjoying the comfort and privacy of home in one of the most desirable and convenient locations in Portland. Come stay in our beautifully built to mimic 1912 Craftsman bungalow (main house) and enjoy all Portland has to offer!

We’ve focused on offering you the comforts of home with brand new queen-sized Serta pillow-top mattress, quality pillows, and plush, cotton towels and sheets. You will actually get a good night’s sleep here! Our home offers second sleeping place (futon). The bathroom and stocked kitchen and are ready for a comfortable stay. Enjoy relaxing in our living room, featuring modern appliances, and lots of natural light.

We offer an extra fold out bed downstairs that will accommodate two guests, complete with bedding including sheets and a comforter. There is also room upstairs to set up your pack-n-play or portable crib (not provided).

Guest Access

Cottage is all yours. Outside space is shared with the main house. On street parking only (plenty).

The comfort of your stay in our home is very important to us. If you find that something you need is missing, please do not hesitate to contact us directly and we will do our best to provide it. We are also happy to provide you with additional information about the neighborhood and other attractions in Portland.

The Neighborhood

Our house is nestled within a friendly and safe neighborhood. Enjoy short walks to the Hollywood Farmer’s Market, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Rite Aid, Hollywood Theater, and a variety of restaurants including brew pubs, coffee shops, family-friendly and fine dining.

Getting Around

Our home is located just a short drive to the freeway allowing for convenient access to the airport (15 min.), downtown Portland (10 min.), and many other neighborhoods. Using public transportation around the city and to and from the airport is incredibly convenient as the Hollywood MAX (light rail) station and two major bus lines (#77 & #12) are located just a few blocks from our house.

Other Things to Note

We have two TVs with Roku and Chromecast. No Cable. Wifi info provided. If you need anything to make your stay comfortable, please ask.

Great place from which to visit Portland

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Portland. It is in a beautiful older neighborhood, extremely quiet, spotlessly clean, and has plenty of room to roam around. The kitchen is efficient and well appointed. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay!

You can tell the owners put a lot thought and care into how they designed the space and features for this rental. I greatly appreciated the lofted setup, brightness of the space, modern kitchen, and convenient location of this home. You're within walking distance of great cafes, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods. This is also close to easy bus stops and to PDX. After long days of tourist activity, I loved that I could relax and feel comfortable in this cozy space.

Great Hollywood Rental

The property was beautiful. Clean, new, and in a great neighborhood. It included all the amenities that anyone would ever need. We loved the fridge and freezer in a drawer and that fact that there was a dishwasher. We didn't end up using the washer and dryer, but it was really nice to have the option. We would stay there again.

Comfortable and Convenient

We had a wonderful weekend in PDX and an awesome place to come home to each night. For a small footprint, the apartment is private, with many amenities, such as an additional half bath and a modern, convenient kitchen. It's also in a very quiet (but happening) neighborhood, close to coffee shops, friendly bars, good restaurants and an awesome weekend farmer's market. We highly recommend this rental to all our friends.

Very clean, modern, well equipped kitchen, good location

Everything was nice except the beds were too firm for ourselves. Upstairs TV was difficult to operate, very nicely appointed otherwise.
