The first time we came to SaddleBrooke in 2005 and fell in love with this area. We purchased our first home that weekend! We became full time residents in 2011. We love the community, the lifestyle, the area and especially the mild winter weather.

Corner lot and with open space for great views. Backyard has covered patio that is very private. The south side patio with beautiful mountain views with a table and chairs to enjoy dinner or a drink. The entire property has been re-painted, inside and out and re-landscaped. This is a very comfortable home
This is a very nice property - comfortable, clean, and attractive, and Silke is lovely to work with. The only drawback is the shower in the guest bathroom which has only lukewarm water, though the sink taps do have hot water. The master bathroom has a good shower with plenty of hot water. Great place!
My wife and I stayed at this location for two weeks in November. It was very comfortable and very quiet. We did not do very much cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped to do so. We found that the restaurants within Saddlebrooke were terrific. What was especially nice for us is that the rental took pets and we brought along our Pug. We had a very good time and we would go back and rent again in the future, especially if we decide to purchase a home there.
Silkie's rental is well decorated and above the norm for a vacation rental. She treats it as a house she would be happy to live in and all the personal touches are evident. The house is comfortable and has everything you would need for a great stay in saddlebrooke. Silkie is very nice and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the rental process. We highly recommend this rental.
Saddlebrooke is a quiet, lovely retirement community, nestled near the breathtaking Catalina mountains. Golf, walking, sunshine abound. Silke's home is tastefully decorated with interesting southwest art. Most importantly it is comfortable, clean and easy for relaxing.
My husband and I stayed for 5 days, end of October 2016. The house is beautifully decorated with many personal items and fabulous art pieces resulting in a warm, homey feeling throughout. The home is up to date in regards to furnishings and appliances and the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and basic supplies. Outside on the patio, there is a wonderful view of the mountain range where sunrise and sunset can be fully appreciated. The owner, Silke, was great to work with. She was very available and quick to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend everything about this vacation home.
This is a beautiful home, great mountain views from patio , very clean, all high end amenities, plenty of linens, confotable beds and a great location .
Saddlebrooke offers 63 holes of golf, 4 restaurants, 4 pools, 2 gym's 2 library's and a theater with live performances. We are approximately 20 miles from downtown Tucson and about 2 hours from Phoenix. There are many activities, parks and restaurants within a short drive from Saddlebrooke.
