About Alyson Davies
Having owned Threeways for more than 13 years our four children have grown up with regular trips there and now bring their own children. We all have a love for the Lake District, and Keswick in particular, because of the beautiful scenery and variety of activities available.
Why Alyson Davies chose Keswick
Because Threeways is in the centre of Keswick we often don't use the car very much when we visit because good walks, shops, cafes, theatre, cinema etc are all in walking distance.

Great location and property. Ideal for week in Keswick
From booking, first impressions, location, welcome milk (etc) provided when we arrived, plenty of space in property, etc. No problems at all. Thank you.

Had a great stay. Really handy location, especially as there is parking too. The kids enjoyed playing with the games/jigsaws. Would like to stay again.

Spacious, centrally located well appointed apartment.
The apartment was ideal for 6 people, 3 bedrooms 2 bath/shower rooms. It is well appointed with good quality furniture and kitchen appliances. The central location was a bonus, no need to use car at all. The market, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and pubs are all within 100/300 yards. Good walks/treks are available starting from Threeways.
I would recommend this property.

clean and comfortable place to stay for exploring the Lake District
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Threeways, Keswick and would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to visit this area of the Lake District. The property was very clean, tidy and had all the appliances and amenities required for a week's stay. Also, the main bus station in Keswick is nearby, so the property is well-situated for exploring the area using public transport. A couple of really good supermarkets are also nearby, which are very convenient for shopping for daily items. We recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a break in Cumbria and the Lake District.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We were very pleased to know that you enjoyed your recent stay at Threeways and felt able to recommend it to others. Thank you.
Threeways is in the centre of the vibrant Cumbrian market town of Keswick on the River Greta where there are many restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, a weekly market, cinema, theatre, leisure centre and parks with play areas and putting greens. The world famous Cumberland Pencil Museum is a five minute walk. The nearest lake, Derwentwater, is only a ten minute walk and here you can enjoy a boat trip around the lake on the Keswick Launch, or hire a rowing boat. Keswick is surrounded by mountains and fells, with a choice of both low and high level walks, woodland walks, or walks by the lakes. A climb up Latrigg will reward you with some of the best views of Keswick, Derwentwater and Bassenthwaite. Skiddaw is close by for the more energetic, as well as Walla Crag and the Coledale Horseshoe. Further afield you can climb Scafell Pike, the highest mountain in England, or visit the homes of William Wordsworth and Beatrix Potter, as well as National Trust properties.
Other Activities: rock climbing
Golf: The nearest golf course is 5 miles away and a golf driving range is 16 miles away.
