Best Little Patio And Cozy Cottage Within Walking Distance To Downtown Fun!
average rating of 3.5 based on 2 reviews

Just the right size for our needs. Very cute and eclectic.

House is old but clean. Patio was great, ate breakfast every morning and played cards and read every evening. The only complaints we had about the house was the fan in the kitchen was broken which made it very warm in that area in the afternoon. Also the TV did not have cable or satellite just Netflix and Amazon. No live TV. Kaci even provided ear plugs for the train whistles as they passed about four blocks away. Thanks!

Mostly a good experience

  • 4 of 5

The small house was just right for a friend and myself to stay in. It is located well and walking distance to town. We loved the patio, especially at night with all the lights in the trees and on the house. We would only say that better instruction on where outdoor light switch is located, how to work the tv, and a front door instead of back door key would have been good. Perhaps a little "tips" notebook to stay in the house for guests would avoid having to disturb the owner. Lastly, I am in my late 60's and found the guest bed to be a foam mattress that was quite uncomfortable.
