Our freshly remodeled 3rd floor studio unit is located in the T building, away from busy South Kihei Road and on the cool side of the complex. This serene mountain view location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your island vacation.

Maui Banyan is an ideal and popular vacation getaway, conveniently located in South Kihei, just a short walk from the beautiful Kamaole Beach Park II and the nearby shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully landscaped & exceptionally well-maintained, offering 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a tennis court & 2 outdoor BBQ areas.

Our rates are very competitive and our newly-remodeled unit outshines most others with its fresh upgrades. We have invested an extraordinary amount of effort, time, and attention to detail to make our studio a truly comfortable "home away from home" for our guests. We sincerely hope that from the moment you arrive until your stay comes to an end you feel as if this was exactly the sort of place you were hoping to spend your vacation in.

While this studio sleeps 2 people (3 with complimentary air mattress), we also have an adjoining unit (Property ID: 764853) that can be rented together for up to 8 people. That unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with complete kitchen, dining area, living room, and large lanai.

About Jackie Bowen

Hello! My name is Jackie and my husband, Devin, and I are native Californians now living in Texas. We bought this condo with our long-time friends, Jeff and Brooke. Jeff has been a Hawaii resident for over 20 years and his girlfriend, Brooke, was born and raised on Maui. She is the granddaughter of legendary waterman and big-wave surfing pioneer, Woody Brown. They live in Kahului together with their two young boys just a few minutes from the fire station where Jeff works as a Captain on a Special Operations unit. Together, we all hope to provide you with a great place to stay while you enjoy all Maui has to offer.

Maui Banyan is among the most well-maintained and ideally located resort properties in South Kihei. It is literally just across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui--Kamaole Beach Park II. Other great beaches in Kihei and Wailea are just a few minutes drive away. There is also a variety of restaurants within walking and short driving distance, world-class golf nearby, a well-maintained tennis court on property and--of course--pools, hot tubs, BBQs, etc. It's the sort of place we would like to stay if we were visiting on vacation.

It was great, it just needs a really good cleaning

The place is beautiful, there is only 1 complaint, it really needs a good cleaning. There is dust everywhere and the shower and sink need a goo scrubbing. The set up of the room is fantastic. It had everything we needed for the 2 weeks we were here. Would be interested in renting the 308 and 308A for next March. Thanks you

Great little studio condo, very up to date and clean, very well stocked.

Would definitely go again. Jackie and Jeff very nice and easy to deal with and very helpful.

The coffee maker wasn't working and they brought us a brand new one.

Close to excellent beach and shops and restaurants.

Location, location, location!!!

Very nice place, easy walk to two of the best beaches in Kihei. Shops and good eats are just down the street. Easy access to the highway and the rest of the island! Condo had everything we needed along with a great pool and hot tub!!
