About this property

This Studio has a beautiful contemporary decor with warm earth tones throughout.

Note: Although, this is a 30 day rental, I do have other beautiful properties in the area that have as low as a 4 day booking requirement. Just click on "ask owner a question."

The guest house is completely recently remodeled. There are custom cabinets with quartz counters in kitchen and bathroom. Lovely porcelain tile floors (you would swear they were wood) throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook any meal and glassware for any kind of cocktail. There is a large 48" TV with full streaming available. Wifi is also available. It has it's own private, front entry and a lovely and tranquil private back yard with a wonderful fig tree and lots of flowers and bougainvillea pouring over the fences. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine or cocktail in the evenings on your patio, which has quality and tasteful patio furniture. A stack-able washer/dryer is available inside for your convenience.

Great place to stay!

This is our second visit to this VRBO property. We returned as our previous experience went so well. This last visit did not disappoint. Thanks Brenda for being such an attentive and courteous host. We will return again!

Why they chose this property

It's gorgeous and private and quite. Has a tranquil and lovely back yard. It's walking distance to stores and a few restaurants and a 5 minute drive to Ventura Boulevard, where you'll find many good restaurants and shops. It's 2 minutes to the two main freeways that will get you access to everywhere you want to amusement parks, Hollywood, Venice, Downtown LA, Outlet Malls, etc.

What makes this property unique

This home is very centrally and conveniently located. It is a few blocks from where 2 main freeways (that give you access to everywhere) intersect - the 405 fwy and the 101 fwy. It is also a few blocks away from Ventura Boulevard where you will find many top restaurants and shopping, etc. Walking distance there is a Target, Bev Mo and Fed Ex and a few fast food restaurants. The Sherman Oaks Galleria is just a few blocks away. Enjoy!
